Woman Plowed into Beau’s Home with Commercial Truck

A woman allegedly drove a commercial truck into her boyfriend’s mobile home after a domestic dispute while three people, including a child, were inside.

56-year-old Rhonda D. Young lives in Piedmont, Alabama, where her boyfriend also resides.

On Memorial Day, Young was with her boyfriend at his home. His stepdaughter and her child were also inside the mobile home.

It was reported that Young and her man got into an argument, and the woman left the residence in an “International Commercial Truck” that belongs to her.

When she came back, it was reported that Young’s boyfriend was standing outside of the front door of the mobile home. His stepdaughter and her child were still inside.

Young allegedly aimed the truck at the mobile home and stepped on the gas, causing the commercial vehicle to strike the man and the front of the dwelling.

The man was injured, and his stepdaughter called her mother to tell her what was going on. The authorities were also notified.

The girl’s mother came to the residence, and when she arrived, Young allegedly got into a physical altercation with her.

When officers from the Piedmont Police Department went to the home, they asserted that while Young’s boyfriend was injured, his stepdaughter and the child were not. They stated that they believed the mother and child “were in great danger of harm during the event.”

Young was taken into custody and transported to the hospital where they treated her for her minor injuries.

When she was released from the medical facility, Young was taken to the Piedmont City Jail and booked on suspicion of one count of attempted murder and two counts of first-degree attempted assault. She was later incarcerated in the Calhoun County Jail in lieu of a $78,000 bond.
