Breathless Patient Charged for Masturbating in Ambulance

While an ambulance was transporting a patient to the hospital for shortness of breath, the man allegedly took off his clothing and began touching himself sexually.

30-year-old Terry Majors lives in Florida, and it was reported that he is currently unhoused.

Around 3:00 pm on October 14, Majors called 911 to report that he was having trouble breathing.

Emergency medical technicians were dispatched to the location given by Majors.

Majors was put into the back of their ambulance so he could be taken to the hospital.

According to the police report, right after Majors got into the ambulance, he began to take off all of his clothing

After Majors had allegedly fully disrobed, he reportedly asked one of the EMTs for an ice pack.

It was reported that Majors was wearing a condom, and he allegedly started masturbating in front of the ambulance crew. The man reportedly folded the pack in half and used it to stroke himself sexually. He was allegedly “looking at EMTs that were trying to treat him” while doing so.

The St. Petersburg police were notified. The officer that prepared the affidavit stated that the medical technicians that were reportedly exposed to the man’s alleged inappropriate exposure intend to press charges against him.

Majors was taken into custody and booked into the Pinellas County Jail. The arrest report notes that it is unclear if the man was under the influence of narcotics or whether he has mental health issues.

Majors spent the night in the jail, and he was released the next day on his own recognizance.
