When a Florida woman suspected of driving under the influence crashed her car and was taken to the hospital, she allegedly kicked one of the attending nurses.

On the evening of February 16, a 47-year-old woman was behind the wheel of a Lexus RX 350 driving in The Villages. She reportedly slammed the vehicle into a tree on the side of the road, and the authorities were notified about the single-vehicle accident. A Florida Highway Patrol trooper and deputies from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Department went to the site to investigate the situation.

It was reported that when they first spoke to the woman, the authorities believed she had been driving under the influence of alcohol. When the interior of the vehicle was searched, two alcoholic drink containers were reportedly found in one of the side pockets on the door.

A Florida woman was arrested after allegedly battering her mom by throwing grits in her face during breakfast.

On January 12, a woman was cooking breakfast in her residence in Ocala, Florida, and her 28-year-old daughter was in the kitchen with her. Her daughter wanted access to the kitchen so she could bake a pizza in the oven, and she reportedly became frustrated when her mother did not allow her to do so. Her mom reportedly told her she cooked several breakfast items, including the grits she was preparing.

Her daughter reportedly started yelling at her, and things quickly escalated. The woman allegedly grabbed grits in her bare hand and threw them in her mother’s direction. The flying food reportedly landed on the woman’s face.

According to reports, the police were forced to use a Taser on an Arizona man to detain him after he allegedly threatened a woman and her boyfriend with a knife and physically assaulted the man.

In the middle of the afternoon on February 10, a woman and her boyfriend were spending time together at a home in Maricopa. Another party was present, but his relation to the couple has not yet been disclosed. The motive for what transpired next was also not reported, but the situation reportedly became dangerous and intense.

The man reportedly told the woman’s beau that he wanted him to leave the home. When her boyfriend did not comply, and the man reportedly left the residence returned with a knife. With the blade in his hand, he allegedly began to threaten the couple, again insisting that the woman’s partner get out. It was reported that he started to feel like he could be in physical danger, so the man decided to leave.

When a woman was confronted by the authorities after allegedly chasing her neighbors with a knife, she reportedly tried to entice the officers by offering an exchange of sex for freedom.

Just before midnight on February 8, a woman was wandering around an apartment building in Louisville, Kentucky, with a knife, and knocking on the doors of different units. Some of the renters were outside, and it was reported that she began running after them with the blade.

The authorities were notified, and officers from the Louisville Police Department went to the address to investigate. When they arrived, the woman stood before one of the apartments. The alleged intruder was screaming into the residence while the person who lives there was inside. She allegedly began pounding on the windows until one of them broke. Her hands were sliced up and bleeding from the shattered glass, but the officers did not immediately notice, and they placed her under arrest.

When a woman learned she was going to be held at a mental health facility involuntarily, she allegedly struck one of the attending nurses and said psych nurses should expect they will be hit by patients while on the job.

On February 7, a 32-year-old woman was taken to BayCare Behavioral Health at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida, for a psychiatric evaluation. They did not reveal the source of the call, but the police report noted that the woman was brought to the unit after “a separate call for service.”

After the woman was brought into a hospital room, she was given a gown and told to take off her street clothing and put it on. She inquired about whether Florida’s Baker Act was why she was being admitted. The University of Florida (UC Health) defined the act, which has been in effect since 1972, as a “law that enables families and loved ones to provide emergency mental health services and temporary detention for people who are impaired because of their mental illness, and who are unable to determine their needs for treatment.”

A special needs elementary school teacher and her aide are facing charges after allegedly tying a non-verbal autistic youngster to a chair during recess.

According to reports, on February 2, a woman who has worked at G.D. Rogers Garden-Bullock Elementary School as an Exceptional Student Education teacher for approximately 2 years was recently involved in an incident with a 7-year-old child. Her teacher’s aide was also reportedly a participant.

When the students are taken from one part of the school to another, the teachers use a walking rope to make the transition easier and keep the children from wandering. During recess, the woman and her aide reportedly used some of the ropes to restrain the boy, who was sitting on the ground, by tying him to the back of a chair. He was allegedly left there for at least an hour.

After a man asked his wife for a divorce, she and their daughter were arrested for allegedly attacking him with a frying pan and a knife while he slept.

According to reports, on the morning of January 27, a man ran out of his Ashland City, Tennessee, home and went to his neighbor’s house. He was reportedly covered in blood and his head was bleeding and wounded. The authorities were notified, and the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office deputies went to the scene to investigate.

The deputies saw the man sitting outside with blood all over him from head injuries. They asked him what happened, and the man said he told his wife he wanted a divorce, and it did not go well and caused a huge fight between them.

A Florida woman was arrested at a convenience store after allegedly entering the establishment with no clothes on while wielding a vegetable peeler, masturbating, and destroying a display case.

According to reports, on the evening of January 28., employees at a RaceTrac convenience store in St. Petersburg experienced a disturbance in their regular shift. A naked woman identified as someone who was trespassed from the location the day before reportedly strolled through the door. The employees allegedly quickly found out she was holding a vegetable peeler.

The workers reported that the alleged intruder, who they believed was intoxicated, used the peeler to threaten harm to two of them. One of the pair reported that they felt their life was at risk.

A North Carolina man was arrested after he was allegedly involved in the shooting of a store employee who allegedly caught him trying to steal chicken.

On the evening of January 28, a man went to the Walmart Neighborhood Market in the Charlotte area to pick up dog food and chicken. When he was using the self-checkout, he allegedly did not scan the items. An employee believed he was trying to steal the food, and they approached the shopper to address the situation.

According to reports, when the worker talked to the man, he rang up the dog food. As he was walking out, the employee asserted that the customer was still trying to take the chicken without paying for it and he attempted to snatch the package from the alleged fowl thief.

On January 24, a 19-year-old woman and her boyfriend who reside together at the Hickory Mills Apartments in Hurricane went out together. They reportedly made a tentative agreement that they would have a sexual encounter when they returned home.

According to reports, when the couple got to their apartment, the plan fell apart. They began to argue, and the fight reportedly escalated. The woman allegedly began throwing and breaking things, including the fish tank.
