A suspect with a forehead tattoo that strongly suggests he is a Florida man was arrested after allegedly abusing the 911 system by requesting rides for personal trips.

22-year-old Matthew Kyle Leatham hails from New Port Richey. He is employed as a cook in a local restaurant, and he has a tattoo in the shape of the state of Florida in the middle of his forehead.

Early in the morning on January 31, Leatham was out and about without a vehicle.

The owner of an addiction treatment center in Kansas is facing charges after he was allegedly found with a large stash of drugs, in addition to other items causing the authorities to assert that he is involved in trafficking.

44-year-old Trevor J. Robinson lives and works in Olathe. He is the owner and operator of the Nuvista LLC, which provides services as an opioid addiction treatment clinic that uses Suboxone to help the patients.

At the end of October, Robinson, who had an active warrant out for his arrest, was in his Maserati when the authorities caught up with him.

A Florida man with a prior felony drug conviction allegedly tried to explain that the heroin the police reportedly found in his car was chocolate laxative.

29-year-old Steven Coplen resides in Crestview, Florida. He was released in May after serving a prison term for theft and drug charges.

Around 3:30 pm on January 30, Coplen was driving his truck around town when he was pulled over for reportedly sporting expired registration tags.

Just after 3:00 am on December 31, 30-year-old Jethro Geneus from Fort Pierce was a passenger in Honda that was pulled over by the police.

When the authorities were interacting with the driver and Geneus, they reported that Geneus shifted his legs and appeared to move something on the floor of the vehicle.

A man accused of selling drugs out of a storage unit reportedly told the authorities that he was not profiting from the transactions but was giving methamphetamine to the people free of charge.

56-year-old Mark Hiles resides in Altoona, Pennsylvania. According to the police report, the man is receiving disability, and they posited that he is living inside of a local storage unit.

On December 19, the authorities were notified by a security guard working at the Green Avenue Towers. The man told them that he saw people going into the storage unit, which was the site of someone’s death from a possible drug overdose at the end of November.
