A woman who said she saw her fiancé viewing pornographic material while he was masturbating was accused of domestic battery when she responded by physically harming him.
On February 13 Gayle Tindall, a 64-year-old Florida resident, happened upon her soon-to-be husband in the act of masturbation while watching porn. She reportedly became angry with him and they quarreled about it until the man left their home and went to work.
Tindall spent the day upset about the incident, and when her fiancé returned from work around 4:00 p.m. she was tending to outside chores. He went into their residence and Tindall followed shortly after. The couple continued their earlier argument and the man resorted to name-calling which further upset Tindall.
Tindall allegedly grabbed her companion by his right arm and dug her nails in leaving visible scratches.
As stated in the arrest report, when officers arrived at the scene Tindall said that she needed their help due to her mental state. They saw the scratch marks on the man’s arm and offered him medical assistance but he declined.
Tindall was taken into custody for suspected misdemeanor domestic battery and was booked into the county jail. She was released on conditions, and after remitting a $250 payment for bail. Tindall was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim in addition to keeping a minimum distance of 500 feet away from the home they share.
