An Indiana man accused of driving with over triple the legal blood-alcohol level was arrested after allegedly failing to stop when he crashed into several parked vehicles.

On the afternoon of December 29, a 22-year-old man from South Bend was driving locally when he reportedly crashed into the front of a woman’s parked car. She heard a collision, and when she walked outside to check it out, she said she noticed what appeared to be white paint on the damaged body. The offending driver was no longer present, and the authorities were notified.

Officers from the South Bend Police Department spoke to the alleged victim and then headed to a second reported crash scene a couple of blocks away. The police were told someone driving a white Dodge was at fault for the collisions, and the suspect was still at the scene. When they approached the vehicle, the man was sitting in the driver’s seat. According to reports, he looked and acted like he was intoxicated, and the police said they smelled alcohol when they were talking to him. When they administered a breath test, the results indicated that the man, who reportedly said he was at a party earlier in the day, had a .245 BAC.

A man and woman in Georgia are each facing several drug charges after the police reportedly found a large amount of narcotics in their possession and accused them of trafficking.

According to reports, at the end of November, several citizens called the authorities with complaints about an apartment in the Forsyth Garden Apartments complex. When the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office went to the address with a warrant and searched the residence, they reportedly found cocaine, marijuana, and prescription pain medications. The man who lives in the apartment was arrested and charged and later released on bond.

After his release, the police reported that they were informed that the man was still selling narcotics. On December 30, they were granted a search warrant, and deputies returned to the apartment to investigate. When they went inside, they reported that a female was also in the residence. They allegedly uncovered 59.1 grams of crack cocaine, 9.3 grams of powder cocaine, 140 grams of marijuana, and multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia during their search.

A Pennsylvania man is facing multiple charges after allegedly shooting his brother in the groin during a dispute on Christmas Eve.

On December 24, a 22-year-old man was hanging out with his family at a home in Butler County. The environment was reportedly tense between himself and his 27-year-old brother, and after becoming upset, the man decided to leave. His brother began driving around looking for him, and his family called and asked the Butler County Crisis Service to help with the situation.

Shortly after he began searching, the man’s brother saw him sitting in his parked vehicle in a nearby residential area. According to reports, as he walked up to the car, his brother allegedly loaded a handgun and shot the man in the groin area causing the alleged victim to fall onto the ground.  Neighbors reported that they heard what they thought were gunshots, and they became concerned and called the authorities.

A man is facing multiple charges after reportedly causing a nuisance at two churches that allegedly included adding extra spirits to the spirit of Christmas by spiking the holy water with whiskey in one of the houses of worship.

On the evening of December 24, the Holy Angels church was in the middle of its 5:00 mass when an unknown man entered. According to reports he walked to the front of the church and placed an onion on the floor before he walked out of the building. When parishioners went outside to see where he went, the man allegedly tried to pelt them with tangerines before running away.

During the second incident, which occurred approximately 45 minutes into the midnight mass at St. Francis Xavier Church, a man walked in with a bottle of whiskey in his hand. While there, he allegedly threatened to hurt the people in attendance and stated that he wanted to “kill Catholics.” The man reportedly dumped the whiskey into the holy water, which he allegedly said he did so he could “blind Satan.” The authorities were notified, and parishioners forced the man to remain there while deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office went to the church.

A pizza delivery driver in central Florida was arrested after she was accused of stabbing a customer multiple times because she reportedly believed she was given too small of a tip.

At approximately 10:00 PM on December 22, a Marco’s Pizza driver delivered an order to a family at the Riviera Motel in Kissimmee. When she arrived, a woman answered the door and gave the employee a $50 bill to pay the $33 check. The driver started walking away, but the customer stopped her and told her she would like the change. She was informed that the drivers do not provide change, so the woman paid for the order with smaller bills and gave the driver a $2 tip.

Approximately 90 minutes later, two individuals wearing face masks reportedly showed up at the hotel room where the customer, her boyfriend, and their 5-year-old daughter were staying. The pair knocked on the door, and when the woman answered, they allegedly pushed their way into the room. The male intruder reportedly forced the woman’s boyfriend into the bathroom at gunpoint, and the female intruder went through the family’s belongings before allegedly pulling out a pocketknife. While the woman was trying to protect her daughter, she was stabbed several times.

The principal of a Florida elementary school who reportedly followed a driver she did not know for an extended time was accused of driving under the influence.

On the evening of December 20, a man was driving on the Interstate when he noticed another car was following closely behind him. He reported that when he tried to get off at his exit, the driver flashed their headlights at him multiple times and caused him to miss the turnoff. The man decided to head to the Boynton Beach police department. The other vehicle’s driver reportedly continued to tail him and flash their lights, even after they entered the police department’s parking lot. An officer came out of the station and intervened, and when they spoke to him, both drivers gave different accounts of the incident.

The man told the officer about being followed, but the driver of the other car, identified as a 47-year-old woman who is the Wynnebrook Elementary School principal, disputed his story. It was reported that she told the officer it was she who was planning to alert the authorities about the man’s unsafe driving. She reportedly said he brake checked her several times while she was behind him. While interacting with her, the officer believed she seemed intoxicated.

An Arizona man with a popular TikTok account may face legal consequences after posting content of himself allegedly spraying food with pesticides at a Walmart store.

On the evening of December 19, a 27-year-old man who is well known on TikTok visited a Walmart in Mesa. It was reported that he went to the store to film a prank video for his 349,000 followers. The internet personality reportedly took a can of what was believed to be Hot Shot Ultra Bed Bug and Flea Killer from a shelf and recorded himself as he allegedly doused several food items with it. Afterward, the footage was posted on his account.

When the authorities learned about the incident, they began investigating. The Tempe Police Department teamed up with the Mesa Police Department and identified the man they believed was responsible. Detectives from the Mesa Police Department spoke to the suspect, who said he would meet with them to discuss the incident. According to a release from the police department, the man was asked if he sprayed the “various produce items, including vegetables, fruit, and rotisserie chickens that were available for purchase” with pesticides as it appeared in the video. He reportedly told the detectives that he did spray the food items, but that he threw all of them in the garbage afterwards.

A woman is on house arrest after a viral video of what appeared to show her abusing her infant daughter was brought to the attention of the authorities.

According to reports, early last week, many internet users viewed a video that caused them to believe a baby was being abused by a woman later identified as her mother. The footage reportedly showed the infant being spit on and shoved by the head, in addition to having liquid that appeared to be dishwashing detergent squirted in her mouth. Many people who had seen the content were calling for the mother’s arrest, and when the authorities found out about the situation, an investigation was opened.

Child Protective Services worked alongside the Loveland Police Department when looking into the details of the situation. They reportedly learned that the mother of the infant, who is just over one year old, recorded a video while allegedly mistreating the baby. They also found out that the infant’s dad had a copy of the video, and it was reported that the woman sent it to him after she made it.

A Florida mom is facing multiple charges after reportedly fighting with the police during her arrest when they learned that she allegedly left four youngsters unattended in her vehicle while she hung out at a bar.

On the evening of December 16, a woman and her 8-year-old child entered the Apple Lounge & Grill. An employee spotted the boy and informed his mom that children were not allowed in the bar. After purportedly leaving the youngster with his father, the woman returned for food and drinks. The bartender reported that they went outside and looked around the parking lot and saw four kids alone in a vehicle. The employee notified the authorities.

Deputies from the Polk County Sheriff’s Department went to the location to investigate, and they reported that the children, who were ages 10 months, 3, 5, and 8 years old, were still in the car. When their mother came outside, the deputies believed she showed several signs of being intoxicated. They interacted with the woman, and she allegedly became violent and kicked one of them.

A Pennsylvania sandwich shop employee was reportedly attacked by two of his coworkers after a dispute about his service dog.

On the evening of December 16, an incident between three employees occurred at a Jimmy John’s in Downtown Pittsburg which put one man in critical condition and the others in the county jail. According to reports, the alleged victim had his service dog with him, and one of the other men asked if he could pet it. A disagreement ensued, and the situation reportedly became physically violent.

When the authorities were notified, Pittsburg police officers went to the location, where they found that the alleged victim looked like he had been violently attacked. Emergency Medical Services took him to a local hospital for medical attention. When they learned the identity of the suspects, who were no longer at the restaurant, they went to look for them.
