A witness reportedly exposed a priest and two women clad in dominatrix clothing while they were allegedly in the middle of filming their sexual play on the altar at his church.
37-year-old Travis Clark is a Catholic reverend who was ordained in 2013 and recently served with the Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Pearl River, Louisiana.
In the evening on September 30, Clark was reportedly inside the church after hours.
Someone walking past noticed that the church had lights on, and she peered inside to see what was going on.
When the woman looked into the house of prayer, she was reportedly greeted by the sight of the reverend and two women allegedly in the middle of sexual intercourse while using the church altar as a stage for filming the event.
The females, who were reportedly wearing high-heeled boots and corsets, appeared as if they were dominatrices to the woman who walked in on the alleged encounter.
It was also reported that sex toys and lighting used for stage productions were set up on and around the altar.
When the authorities arrived, they identified the alleged novice filmmakers as Clark, 41-year-old Mindy Dixon, and 23-year-old Melissa Cheng.
Dixon, who is reportedly featured in more than one adult film, allegedly did not try to conceal the fact that she had taken the trip to the New Orleans area with the intent to “defile” the church by roleplaying with Clark.
Cheng allegedly disclosed that she was there to take part in the experience with Dixon and Clark.
The trio was taken into custody, and they are each facing charges for obscenity.
If they are found guilty, they could spend up to three years in jail.
