An Arizona dad was arrested on several charges after allegedly allowing his sons to inhale nitrous oxide with him while on a four-wheeling excursion.

On June 4, a man took his 12- and 13-year-old sons on a day trip to Ash Fork so they could ride around on an ATV. According to reports, the dad brought containers of laughing gas, also known as nitrous oxide, and a balloon for inhaling the substance.

While they were there, one of the kids recorded a video. Their 16-year-old sister saw it, and she told their mother that she saw the boys sucking in air from balloons, and she believed they had nitrous oxide in them. They discussed it with him, and the man allegedly did not dispute using the substance and sharing it with their sons more than once during the hours they were out riding.

A married couple has been accused of treating money they discovered in their bank account as a windfall by spending it before contacting the financial institution to find out where the hefty sum came from.

On May 31, Montoursville couple Robert and Tiffany Williams reportedly noticed an inexplicably large balance totaling $120,000 above the $1,100 they actually had in their account at the BB&T Bank.

Though they allegedly knew that the money wasn’t theirs the Williams’ reportedly spent nearly three-weeks following the financial anomaly indulging in purchases including but not limited to an SUV, two ATV’s, and a car trailer. Bills were paid, and friends with money trouble were awarded $15,000 by the couple, purportedly using the funding found in the account.

Minutes after his release from jail, a man who was lacking a ride was accused of trying to steal nearly 2 dozen vehicles in a purported effort to drive himself away from the facility.

68-year-old Dennis Libonati, who resides in Homosassa, spent a little over four months incarcerated in the Land O’Lakes Detention Center.

After he was processed out and released near 10:30 PM, Libonati exited the building and reportedly headed for the parking lot and allegedly entered an area that was only for official use and restricted from the public.
