A dentist in Texas is facing charges after a traffic stop and a brief chase led to his third arrest relating to illegal use and possession of nitrous oxide.

At the beginning of October, a 39-year-old man who has been a dentist for approximately 13 years had his first of three run-ins with the authorities when he was reportedly caught with Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) and arrested for possession of a volatile chemical. The following month, someone called the authorities to report that a person who appeared to be unconscious and possibly in need of medical help. The police went to the scene and approached a vehicle with an individual sitting in the driver’s seat. He was identified as the suspect from the October arrest, and when the authorities asked him to get out of the car, he allegedly ignored the command. It was reported that the officers noticed he had a canister in his hand, and he appeared to have inhaled something from it while they were watching. When he finally stepped out of the vehicle, he was reportedly unsteady on his feet. The police searched inside the car, and they allegedly found over 100 canisters. The man was taken into custody and charged with inhalant paraphernalia.

On February 9, he was reportedly speeding and deputies tried to perform a traffic stop. The man allegedly kept driving for approximately half a mile before pulling over. Again, the authorities reportedly discovered over 100 canisters of Nitrous Oxide in the vehicle.

The actor who played Alfalfa in the 1994 movie adaptation of The Little Rascals was arrested in Texas for accusations that he was inhaling dusting spray from the can.

35-year-old Brandon Bug Hall-Barnett is an actor featured in several movies and television series, such as The Little Rascals, Honey We Shrunk Ourselves, Kelly Kelly, Harley and the Davidsons, and many other productions.

On June 20, the authorities were reportedly alerted by a member of Hall’s family and asked to check on the man, who they believed may have overdosed at a hotel in Weatherford, Texas. It was additionally reported that the police received calls about someone that was believed to be “huffing” near the dumpster.

According to news reports a 24 year old man named William A Bates Jr., of Kansas City is charged with first degree attempted sodomy and attempted statutory sodomy with a person under 12.

At Kemp playground a two year old was playing on a swing when her mother noticed Bates allegedly “eyeballing her children.” The mother told police that Bates then approached her daughter and grabbed her off the swing before allegedly grabbing the girl by the hips and pulling down her diaper. The mother said that she saw Bates lift his shirt and pull down his pants, to which then he started thrusting against her daughter.

Reportedly the police say she ran after Bates, knocking him to the ground, and while he was down she was attacking him with her fists. Bates eventually freed himself and ran from the park, but the mother ran to a nearby homeless shelter and called the police. Officers arrested Bates near the playground.
