A Kentucky school teacher is facing a grand jury after allegedly having inappropriate contact through social media with a student under the age of 12.

According to the authorities, the situation took place on December 15 and was initiated by a 5th-grade math teacher from Smyrna Elementary School in Louisville. The students were not on campus as it was a Non-Traditional Instruction Day, but the woman reportedly contacted a child, who has only been described as being under 12 years old, using computer-mediated communication.

It was reported that while they texted, the woman made comments that were sexual in nature. She allegedly told the boy that she wanted to perform oral sex on him and reportedly arranged to meet him off campus. When the school district learned of the potential situation, they reported it to the police.

A woman is on house arrest after a viral video of what appeared to show her abusing her infant daughter was brought to the attention of the authorities.

According to reports, early last week, many internet users viewed a video that caused them to believe a baby was being abused by a woman later identified as her mother. The footage reportedly showed the infant being spit on and shoved by the head, in addition to having liquid that appeared to be dishwashing detergent squirted in her mouth. Many people who had seen the content were calling for the mother’s arrest, and when the authorities found out about the situation, an investigation was opened.

Child Protective Services worked alongside the Loveland Police Department when looking into the details of the situation. They reportedly learned that the mother of the infant, who is just over one year old, recorded a video while allegedly mistreating the baby. They also found out that the infant’s dad had a copy of the video, and it was reported that the woman sent it to him after she made it.

Florida rapper “Gunplay” is facing charges after he allegedly hurled items at his wife while she was holding a baby and reportedly threatened to shoot her with an AK-47 during a domestic dispute.

Richard Morales Jr. is a rapper in the Triple C’s and one of the stars on VH1’s Love and Hip Hop. The 44-year-old is currently married. Until recently, he and his wife lived in a Miami residence with their 6-month-old daughter.

On August 20, Morales and his wife reportedly had a spat after dinner. He was reportedly being too loud while playing a game on his Xbox, and his wife wanted him to quiet down so their daughter would stay asleep. Things allegedly went south when she confronted him about the situation, and the couple began fighting.

A man facing charges for his third DUI has been accused of driving himself to the courthouse while under the influence of alcohol to attend his arraignment. 

58-year-old Lawrence Williams hails from Tyrone, Pennsylvania.  

In 2021, Williams had two separate incidents leading to his being charged and convicted for driving under the influence of alcohol. He is currently on probation for those charges.

A mother from Hialeah allegedly asphyxiated her 5-month-old daughter and shared a video of the incident with the baby’s father.

19-year-old Bryunna Joyce recently gave birth to a baby girl. She also has a 1-year-old. Joyce and the newborn’s father are no longer in a romantic relationship.

On June 6, Joyce and the baby’s dad had reportedly been arguing.

A woman accused of setting Wendy’s on fire during a protest over the death of Rashard Brooks by the hands of law enforcement was arrested at her lawyer’s office last Tuesday.

39-year-old Natalie Hanna White, reportedly a friend of Rashard Brooks who was killed by the gunfire of a police officer in the parking lot of a Wendy’s restaurant in Atlanta, was the suspect the authorities believed set fire to the establishment on June 13.

The police obtained a warrant for her arrest, and on June 23, White willingly met with officers outside of her attorney’s office building.

A teenage boy who stands accused of several felony sexual charges was taken into custody on Thursday for alleged criminal acts against at least six classmates from his previous high school.

Maysen Melton, now 16-years-old, was enrolled as a student at Shadow Ridge High School in Las Vegas. During a period spanning approximately one year which ended in March 2017, Melton purportedly engaged in sexual activity deemed as assault with four of his teenage classmates and victimized two others.

It is alleged that Melton forced some of the young girls to have sex with him, and he caused others harm through physical assault. In some cases, he demanded explicit photos with the intent of using them as blackmail. He was charged as an adult last May and placed on house arrest in June.
