According to a press release from the Troupe County Sheriff’s Office, a detention officer has been accused of bringing contraband into the county jail and selling narcotics to several inmates. 

The Sheriff’s Office sergeant disclosed in a news release that 23-year-old Steven Michael Crowder began his position as a Troup County Sheriff’s Office detention officer at the Troupe County Jail in Georgia at the start of 2022. 

It was reported that last month, the authorities learned of allegations that Crowder was smuggling narcotics into the institution for the purpose of selling them to some of the inmates.

A man was reportedly caught at an airport with more than one dozen bricks of cocaine hidden in his wheelchair. 

34-year-old Gabriel Ruiz lives in Union City, New Jersey. 

On June 21, Ruiz landed at the Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport after he left Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The man was using a “Jazzy 614” model electric wheelchair during his travels.

When a man was pulled over for reportedly failing to comply with Florida’s “Move Over” traffic law, he was allegedly found in possession of a huge stash of narcotics. 

Anthony Diaz is from Katy, Texas. 

On May 18, Diaz was driving on Interstate 95 in Brevard County, Florida. He passed a deputy’s vehicle that was parked on the side of the road while the law enforcement agent was dealing with another driver.

When a back seat passenger in a vehicle that got pulled over was reportedly found with drugs, she told the authorities that drug dealing is her occupation because she cannot find a different job. 

Just before 7:30 PM on April 10, a trooper saw an SUV that they believed was without state inspection tags.  

The trooper performed a traffic stop, and when they approached the vehicle, it was noted that there was a total of three people inside the SUV.

A couple was arrested after the female allegedly performed oral sex on her male companion while they were waiting for a ride in the back of a police vehicle. 

24-year-old Yordan Noa and his girlfriend Summer Watkins, also 24, were reportedly driving on I-75 in Collier County. It was reported that Noa was the driver and Watkins was in the passenger’s seat. 

Just before 2:00 am, a Florida Highway Patrol trooper spotted the vehicle and found out that it had a “seize tag order,” so they initiated a traffic stop.

A woman was arrested after she was reportedly caught trying to sell narcotics to cover the cost of an attorney for pending drug charges. 

28-year-old Nicole Gregory has recently been arrested more than once for drug-related offenses.  

In August, Gregory was accused of possessing methamphetamine and fentanyl.

While an ambulance was transporting a patient to the hospital for shortness of breath, the man allegedly took off his clothing and began touching himself sexually.

30-year-old Terry Majors lives in Florida, and it was reported that he is currently unhoused.

Around 3:00 pm on October 14, Majors called 911 to report that he was having trouble breathing.

A man in Madeira Beach was reportedly found with a substance purported to be methamphetamine, and he allegedly told the authorities that it was his medicine.

According to records, 46-year-old Matthew Cusumano is a transient staying in the Clearwater area in Florida.

Just before 3:00 am on September 1, Cusumano was reportedly riding a bicycle in Madeira Beach.

Two Ohio officers are facing charges with heavy penalties after being accused of attempting to distribute several kilos of fentanyl and cocaine.

33-year-old John Kotchkoski and 44-year-old Marco Merino were both narcotics officers in Columbus, Ohio.

The federal authorities suspected that the pair were working together to make money off of large drug sales, and they decided to open an investigation.

A long-haul trucker was arrested for DUI after losing his haul of cheese crackers and toaster pastries during an accident on the Interstate in Maine.

Miles McIntyre is 61-years-old, and he lives in Wildomar, California. He works as a long-haul trucker.

On August 20, McIntyre was driving a tractor-trailer filled with Cheez-Its and Pop-Tarts on I-95 in Augusta, Maine.
