A self-proclaimed witch in Southeast Iowa allegedly lit items taken from people’s yards on fire on a stranger’s porch when she knocked on the door and no one answered.

Late in the afternoon on March 18, a 45-year-old woman was reportedly walking around a residential neighborhood in Burlington. During her approximately 2-hour stroll, she allegedly took items she saw outside homes she walked past.

According to reports, the woman approached one of the houses and knocked on the door. The resident was not home at the time, but she received a notification from her security camera letting her know that the motion sensor had been activated. She checked the video feed, and she reportedly saw a woman on her doorstep lighting a pile of items on fire.

A construction worker in Central Florida was accused of stealing personal items, including prescription medication, from a home he was hired to work on.

On March 21, several construction workers were on a property in Alachua that they were hired to work on. While they were there, one of the crew members reportedly asked the owner of the home if he could use the bathroom. The owner told the worker to go ahead and use the facilities.

It was reported that after the worker left the home, he realized he was missing his bandana. He thought he had left it in the house when he used the bathroom, so he asked the man if he could go back inside and check. Again, the owner told him it was okay to do so.

A man in Nebraska is facing multiple charges after allegedly putting his hand inside a cinnamon roll box to hold up a convenience store.

Just after midnight on February 27, a man went into a Kwik Shop in Lincoln and walked up to one of the female employees. With his hand reportedly concealed inside a white box that used to contain cinnamon rolls, the man allegedly demanded the clerk give him cash.

It was reported that the woman thought the alleged robber might have been concealing a gun inside the box, and she gave him the cash he asked for.

A Florida man was arrested last weekend when he allegedly stole an Amazon van and drove more than 20 miles before he was apprehended at a gas station.

On February 18, a driver for Amazon was operating a company van while delivering packages in Ormond Beach, which is just north of Daytona Beach. While at one of the addresses on his route, the driver encountered a man who reportedly climbed into the driver’s seat of the van and started the vehicle. The driver tried to prevent the man from taking the van, but the alleged thief drove away.

According to reports, the Amazon van had a real-time video camera in the vehicle, and when the management learned about the alleged theft, they began using the feed to track the location. They reported that they could see the driver, and he seemed to be drifting in and out of consciousness. The authorities were notified about the situation.

Two men were arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after police saw them on the side of the road attempting to get one of their vehicles out of the mud.

Just after 1:00 am on January 24, two men who had allegedly been drinking together at a bar in Evansville, Indiana, were driving down the interstate in separate vehicles after leaving the establishment at the same time.

One man was driving a Camry, and the other was driving a Dakota truck. According to reports, the Camry veered off the road and got stuck in the mud on the shoulder. The man in the Dakota pulled over to see if he could help.

When the authorities went to the home of a man suspected of selling crack cocaine, they reportedly found him hidden inside a clothes dryer.

A few months ago, an individual contacted the police and reported that they knew of a man who was selling narcotics out of his apartment in Monroe, Louisiana. After investigating the claims, agents from the Monroe Police Department’s High Enforcement and Apprehension Team went to the address on the afternoon of January 20 with a search warrant.

According to reports, a woman answered the door, and a man who was not the party the police were seeking was inside the apartment. The woman, who was identified as the suspect’s girlfriend, reportedly tried to stop the officers from coming inside, and the man allegedly gave the police a hard time about the warrant.

When a Central Florida man handed over his driver’s license during a traffic stop, the officer allegedly found it coated with a controlled illegal substance which led to the discovery of a stash of drugs in the vehicle.

According to reports, on the evening of January 21, a man was driving in Haines City, Florida, when an officer spotted his vehicle and saw a tailgate blocking the visibility of the license plate. A traffic stop was initiated, and the driver pulled over.

When the officer started talking to the driver, he asked to see his driver’s license. When the man handed it over to the officer, he reported that there was white powder covering the surface of the card. When asked if the license had the remnants of drugs, the man reportedly said no. He reportedly added that there were no narcotics in the truck.

A California man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted a woman and held a shotgun to her face.

Early in the afternoon on November 30, a 60-year-old man was at the Litchfield home of a woman he knew, and a violent incident allegedly occurred between them. According to reports, the man harmed the woman physically, in addition to holding the barrel of a shotgun against her face.

Around 1:30 PM, the woman notified the authorities, and deputies with the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office went to her residence to investigate. The alleged victim told them what reportedly transpired and said the suspect left before they arrived. She let them know she believed he was at a nearby location and gave the deputies a description of the car he was driving.

When a Delaware man was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence, he found himself jailed on many charges after the police searched his vehicle and allegedly found an illegal firearm.

In the early morning hours on December 9, a man from New Castle was driving in a local residential area. It was reported that around 1:00 AM, officers from the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department saw the vehicle, and they believed it was being driven erratically. They decided to perform a traffic stop to investigate further.

According to reports, when the driver pulled over and the officers began to talk to him, they believed he displayed several indications of being intoxicated. The man was identified, and it was decided that he was too altered to drive. He was told he was being arrested for operating his vehicle under the influence.

A 43-year-old man from Northern California is facing multiple charges after reportedly trying to flee from the police on a bicycle when they were pursuing him for allegedly stealing items from a store.

On the evening of November 27, employees of a store in Colma believed someone walked out of the establishment with merchandise they didn’t pay for. When they stepped out the front door, they noticed that officers in a Colma Police Department vehicle were patrolling the shopping center.

It was reported that the workers got the attention of the officers, and they told them that a man stole items from the store. They pointed to a man with a bicycle that was still in the vicinity and told the officers they believed he was the suspected thief.
