The police arrested a registered sex offender after they alleged that he was recording and storing footage of tenants renting rooms in his home while they were in the middle of private acts.

69-year-old Larry Phillips owns a residence in Salt Lake City, and he attends college at the University of Utah. He is a registered sex offender due to incidents that occurred in 2002 and 2006; the first for forcible sexual abuse, and the second for offensive touching.

Phillips has extra bedrooms in his house, and he shares his residence by renting them out to tenants.

A Disney World employee has accused a man who was a patron of the park of making her feel uncomfortable and groping her while she was dressed as Princess Ariel.

On November 2, in the Orlando Disney World Ariel’s Grotto attraction, a man and his wife entered and desired a photo with the princess.

When it became their turn to pose with the person dressed as Ariel, the pair reportedly sat on either side of her and crowded her to the point that she allegedly felt awkward about the interaction.

When a mother saw a man that she believed was a registered sex offender on a bicycle near the dumpster at an elementary school, she committed to her suspicion that he was a danger and reported the alleged suspect to the authorities.

On Easter Sunday, the mother of a student enrolled at Bauder Elementary School was driving past the campus when she saw a man riding a bicycle. She reported that she observed him as he made his way around the perimeter of the school before entering the fenced-off area and heading for the dumpster.

The concerned mother reported that she intuitively knew, using her natural instincts as a mom, that something was wrong with the situation and that the man was up to no good. The woman also read posts in a group on Facebook where other parents had mentioned a man seen riding a bike around at the end of the school days.
