Woman Retaliated Against Fowl Poop with Foul Assault

A Florida woman allegedly dumped a bucket of urine on her neighbor when she reportedly became aggravated by his chicken after it pooped on her back patio.

57-year-old Christine Terman resides in St. Petersburg in the Palm Haven Mobile Home Park.

Around 10:00 PM on May 8, Terman and her 59-year-old boyfriend, Kevin Avery, were hanging out at her home when she noticed that one of her neighbors’ chickens had left a pile of excrement on her back patio.

In her alleged anger over the fowl’s foul act, she reportedly decided to retaliate against its owner.

According to reports, the woman walked into her bathroom and retrieved a bucket filled with urine.

Terman’s neighbor was outside, and the woman reportedly went onto the back patio and hurled the bucket at him.

Her neighbor said that Terman hurt him physically when she allegedly threw the bucket with liquid all over him, and the authorities were notified.

Deputies with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office went to the mobile home park to see what was going on.

When they arrived, it was reported that the deputies could smell urine when they were close to the alleged victim.

The deputies discussed the incident with the present parties, and Avery allegedly made a threat to the neighbor while in earshot of the authorities.

According to the affidavit, Terman was read her Miranda rights, but she still chose to speak to the deputies about the incident without an attorney present. The woman allegedly “admitted her actions.”

Terman was taken into custody and booked into the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond. She may face charges for misdemeanor simple battery.

Avery was also arrested, and he is named as a co-defendant in the police report.
