On August 9, a man later identified as 42-year-old Julian Todd Lambert from Boca Raton was reportedly hanging out at the Pembroke Lakes Mall.
A mother reported that she dropped off her 10-year-old daughter and her older siblings so they could buy clothing for school.

61-year-old Jose Manuel Pinto Florez lives in St. Johns, Florida.
According to reports, someone notified the authorities in June and reported that they suspected unauthorized activities were occurring on a computer network.

Iowa Corrections Officer Charged for Sex with Inmate
27-year-old Kayla Mae Bergom is from Belle Plain. Bergom was employed as a corrections officer at the Tama County Jail in Toledo, Iowa, for three years.
In September 2020, Bergom allegedly got intimately close with a 29-year-old inmate at the jail. The name of the other party has not been released at this time.

Rapper Mystikal Arrested for Rape and Abuse
Rap artist Mystikal has been accused of physically and sexually assaulting a woman during a fight about $100 that he claimed she stole from him.
51-year-old hip hop star Mystikal, whose birth name is Michael Tyler, is a Grammy nominee from New Orleans. He has been involved in several prior criminal cases, such as domestic abuse battery, first-degree rape, and second-degree kidnapping. He is also a lifetime registered sex offender.
On July 30, Tyler was at his home in Ascension Parish with a female.

Pair Caught Sexually Exploiting Underage Girls in Florida
According to reports, 33-year-old Marc Phillip Dinkels and 19-year-old Taylor Kathleen Brandt met online. They reportedly began to spend time together after Dinkels allegedly told Brandt he would pay her to engage in sexual activity if he was allowed to film it.
It was reported that the pair went on social media and offered three underage girls money if they performed sex acts. Two of the alleged victims, one of whom is 14, live in a foster home.

Oregon Man Arrested for Kidnapping and Raping Canadian Teen
A man in Oregon was accused of kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl from Canada who was reportedly found at his home after she was missing for over a week.
It was reported by the Edmonton Police Service that on June 24, a 13-year-old girl was marked absent from school. She also did not return to her home in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada after the school day had ended. The teen’s family reported her missing.
The Canadian authorities, along with the FBI and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, began to try to find the young girl.

29-year-old Luis Heredia’s mother babysits for a 9-year-old boy at her home. The woman has surveillance cameras in the living room.
Heredia was reportedly in the house on occasions when the child was in his mother’s care.
