A Southern California father was arrested after allegedly locking his son in the car while he tried to drown his 2-year-old daughter in a pond at a children’s mountain camp. 

Late in the morning on October 25, a 42-year-old dad from San Bernardino reportedly put his kids in the car and drove to the PALI Institute Mountain Camp in Running Springs close to Lake Arrowhead. 

A science camp was in progress when they arrived, and the father reportedly took his 2-year-old out of the vehicle and locked the door, leaving his 5-year-old son alone inside.

 A Memphis man was arrested for a multitude of charges after he crashed into a police vehicle while allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. 

Just after 5:00 PM on October 24, a Memphis police officer was on patrol when the passenger side of his vehicle was struck by a 2012 Ford Mustang that was pulling out of a driveway. 

After the accident, the driver of the Mustang reportedly fled on foot from the scene.

A Florida man who works as a janitor at a Dollar General store is facing charges after allegedly poisoning his coworker’s beverage. 

On October 24, two workers who had reportedly recently gotten into an argument while working a shift together at the Dollar General store in DeLand, Florida, had their allegedly hostile connection come to a head. 

The reportedly irritated party arrived at work, and he realized that the person he disliked was scheduled for a shift as well.

A Texas mother and her boyfriend were arrested after the woman’s twins escaped their home and alerted a neighbor that they were being subjected to horrific abuse. 

Around 5:30 AM on October 18, a woman at home in a residential neighborhood in Houston heard a loud knocking at her door. 

When the woman went to see who it was, she spotted a set of teenage twins. The boy and the girl, age 16, had handcuffs on their wrists and they were wearing very little clothing.

A Southern California man is facing charges after allegedly violently attacking at least five people within two hours.

According to reports, on the evening of October 21, a 28-year-old man spent nearly two hours running around Tustin engaging in criminal activity.

The alleged spree began around 8:50 PM when the suspect reportedly encountered an elderly woman and assaulted her before he ran off.

Jeremy Durham, the former Tennessee state Representative for District 65 who was expelled in 2016 for 22 sexual misconduct allegations, is facing charges connected to accusations that he was driving under the influence of alcohol. 

Late in the evening on September 22, Jeremy Durham was driving in Downtown Nashville. 

Just after 11:00 PM, Durham was in a car crash.

Three people are facing charges for allegedly stealing approximately $1 M in COVID-19 relief funds from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). 

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of North Carolina reported that during an investigation of a possible fraud case, it was discovered that between March and November 2021, almost $1 M was fraudulently taken from the PPP. 

It was believed that the money was stolen through many fraudulent applications that were submitted for PPP relief in different states for businesses that were not real.

A woman in Henryville is facing an assortment of charges after she allegedly physically attacked the police when they reportedly found her knocking on residential doors. 

Alvin’s Log Cabin, a campground in the unincorporated community of Henryville, Pennsylvania, is located approximately 45 miles outside of Scranton. 

On the afternoon of October 18, the police were notified by a concerned caller at Alvin’s who informed them about a woman who had hopped out of a vehicle and run into the surrounding wooded area. It was reported that she appeared to be very drunk.

A North Carolina man was jailed on multiple charges after allegedly breaking into a residence and stealing several firearms and a vehicle. 

On October 20, a home near the Catawba River in the city of Lincolnton was reportedly broken into while the residents were not home. 

A family member of the homeowners saw that the front and basement doors were open, but they knew the residents were out. They notified the authorities about the situation, and officers were sent to the address.

A California man is facing many charges after he was caught driving an unregistered tow truck with drugs, a gun, and ammunition allegedly found inside. 

Late in the evening on October 17, deputies with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office were patrolling when they saw a tow truck carrying an automobile without safety lights.  

It was reported that upon further inspection, the police noticed that the truck, which had a Virginia license plate, displayed a registration tag that was not up to date.
