He is currently on probation for grand theft, and it was reported that he has been involved in criminal activity since he was 10. Man Abused 911 in Attempt to Have President Biden Arrested
A Florida man was arrested after allegedly placing several calls to 911 with requests that the authorities release the drug lord El Chapo and incarcerate President Biden.
Early in the morning on May 8, someone later identified as 29-year-old Jacob Ryan Philbeck placed a call to 911, and Pasco County Sheriff’s Office deputies spoke to the man.
According to reports, the caller wanted to let the authorities know that the drug lord El Chapo should be freed from incarceration. Philbeck also reportedly informed them that President Joe Biden should be placed in prison.
