A Florida man standing outside a convenience store was accused of smoking illegal narcotics in front of the establishment.
According to reports, on April 4, a call to the authorities was placed by someone at a 7-Eleven in Orlando. They reported that a man was trespassing on the property, and they said he was behaving in a way that caused them to believe he had been using narcotics. They additionally said he appeared to be smoking something that they assumed was drugs, and that he was also there the previous day.
