The son of a Utah woman who provides babysitting for a 9-year-old boy has been accused of sexually abusing the child while he was in his mother’s care.
29-year-old Luis Heredia’s mother babysits for a 9-year-old boy at her home. The woman has surveillance cameras in the living room.
Heredia was reportedly in the house on occasions when the child was in his mother’s care.
A driver who was assumed to be intoxicated and passed out at the wheel was arrested after a child was seen hanging out of the car window by passersby who reported it.
Last Sunday, 24-year-old Dominick N. Ludwick was driving in Ogden with a 2-year-old girl in the vehicle.
It was reported that when Ludwick was near a local intersection, he was seen slumping over the wheel of the vehicle. The passersby who spotted him reported that they noticed the car because a young child was hanging out of the window.
