According to reports, late in the afternoon on March 23, a woman who was believed to be intoxicated and her two young children were passengers in a vehicle, when the driver was pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence. She reportedly parked her car and passed out, and when she was seen by the firefighters, they went to see what was going on.

They reported that the woman looked like she had passed out, so they took the children out of the vehicle.
