When a woman at a school board meeting regarding school children wearing face coverings reportedly would not wear a face mask after being told that she must, she allegedly caused a ruckus leading to her arrest.

On November 10, the Pinellas County School Board held a meeting in Largo to discuss the wearing of face masks in all school buildings to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Many parents on both sides of the issue were in attendance waiting to express their concerns.

A Florida man was charged when he reportedly hit an Uber driver after trying to enter the vehicle without a face mask and being told that he would not be permitted.

In the early morning hours on October 27, 30-year-old Christopher Vacha reportedly put in a request for an Uber to pick him up at an apartment building in Treasure Island.

The driver fulfilling the Seminole man’s ride order arrived at the pick-up location, and Vacha reportedly walked up to the vehicle without a face mask.

A school bus driver has been charged for transporting 33 students while she was allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

At the end of the school day on Friday, 33 children from Crestwood Elementary School entered their bus for a ride back home.

The driver of the vessel, 54-year-old Lesley Ann Harvey, has been employed as a bus operator for 5 years.

The principal of an Oklahoma school is facing legal troubles after allegations regarding the amount of force he used while punishing two elementary school children with a paddle.

50-year-old Gary Gunckel is the principal of Indianola Public Schools in Oklahoma.

On September 6, a 10-year-old and 11-year old boy was punished by Gunckel when he hit them on their behinds with a wooden paddle after they got into a fight at school.

When a high school sophomore wore a tee shirt with a message on it in response to her school’s dress code the incident resulted in criminal charges and her arrest.

15-year-old Isabella Messer is a student at Hopkinsville High School in Kentucky, and studies Tae Kwon Do in her spare time. Her mother has reported that Isabella has never gotten into any kind of trouble.

Isabella showed up at school while wearing a long sleeve shirt with peek-a-boo shoulders, which is against the new dress code implemented by the school district, and she was suspended for her attire going against the policy.
