The father of an infant is facing charges after he was pulled over and police found his daughter on the floor of the car and placed on top of a gun.

As reflected in the affidavit, the officer stated that he believed the object looked like a glass pipe with a piece of steel wool inside of it, “which is consistent with a crack pipe.” She was also accused of having a bag of white colored pills in her purse which she reportedly stated were ibuprofen.
A man and his wife who live in a home where they provide licensed daycare have been jailed after the police reportedly found drugs and weapons inside of the residence.
Herbert Wayne Hartley and his wife Barbara own a home in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and when a friend of Herbert’s became alarmed that the 62-year-old man had not been answering his telephone he alerted the authorities.

The 20-year-old woman with Pineda was also allegedly intoxicated. Pineda reportedly told the officer that even though he was under the influence of alcohol his passenger was even drunker, so he was doing a good thing when deciding he would be the driver.
