A man from Rhode Island is facing charges after being accused of inappropriately touching a young girl in a pool at a resort near Disney World.

On March 9, a 12-year-old girl and her family were staying at the Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort in Lake Buena Vista, and she went to the lazy river pool on the premises. A 72-year-old man was also in the pool, and the youngster thought she felt him touch her. When she went back the following day, the same man was there, and after spending some time in the water, she got very upset and ran to her mother. It was reported that she told her mom the man would not keep away from her, and that he touched her buttocks.

The authorities were notified, and deputies with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office went to the property to investigate. When they arrived, they found a man in the hot tub fitting the description of the individual who was reported. The child’s mother recorded a video of the man before they got there, and she gave it to the deputies. When the suspect got out of the water, the deputies approached him and identified him as a resident of Rhode Island, and later learned he had been accused of groping a youngster at a Goodwill in 2017.

A man from Kentucky at a Disney resort restaurant with his family was accused of using his cell phone to film a 10-year-old boy over the top of a stall in the bathroom while the youngster was using the toilet.

On October 7, a 22-year-old man was having a meal with his family at the Grand Floridian Café inside Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa at Disney World.

He reportedly went to the restroom, where a 10-year-old boy was already using the facilities. The man allegedly went into a stall and pulled out his cell phone. He reportedly held the phone over the top of the stall divider and angled it so that the child was in view.

A 34-year-old woman from Fulton County, Arkansas allegedly tried to steal the patrol car in the middle of her arrest for public intoxication.

Last week, near the Saddler Falls camping resort in Mammoth Spring, a woman was reportedly wandering around the usually serene area. She was allegedly becoming aggressive and trying to fight with others she encountered. Based on her behavior and demeanor, it was asserted that she had imbibed a lot of alcohol.

The authorities were notified about the situation, and deputies from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office were sent to the scene to investigate.

Two men staying at a hotel in Southern Florida allegedly claimed they were U.S. marshals and said they would detain the staff if they insisted on harassing them over wearing face masks.

Last week, 53-year-old Walter Wayne Brown Jr. and 81-year-old Gary Brummett were visiting the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort and Hotel.

Brown Jr. reportedly checked into the hotel on February 9, and when he was at the front desk he was asked to put on a face mask.

When a Utah married couple reportedly got into an argument over dinner plans, the man allegedly threatened to drown his wife in the nearby river due to his displeasure.

Last Sunday, 61-year-old Douglas Green and his wife were spending time at the Provo River Resort.

The couple reportedly began to talk about their plans, and they did not agree on what they should do for dinner.

A feisty Florida couple was allegedly discovered while in the act of having sex in a St. Pete Beach bar’s bathroom.

Just after midnight on December 22, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department was notified by the management at the Beachcomber Hotel Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Several of the patrons at the well-known Jimmy B’s Beach Bar informed the security staff that they believed a couple was using the establishment’s ladies’ bathroom for a sexual encounter. Security reportedly attempted to ask the couple to exit the premises, but the people behind the bathroom door did not comply, and the authorities were called.

On Saturday in Desert Hot Springs, the suspect of a burglary shed his clothing and jumped into a pool before trying to escape from the authorities on foot.

On the morning of June 9, Christopher McCurdy, a 48-year-old Desert Hot Springs resident, had allegedly shown up at the residence of someone with whom he was acquainted and assaulted the homeowner. He then took items from inside the house into his possession and ran away.

The authorities were notified while McCurdy was in the process of the alleged burglary and they began heading to the scene just after 9:00 am. On the way to the home, the officers were alerted by radio and told by the dispatchers that McCurdy had left the premises and was at large.
