A homeless man who was offered shelter during a storm by a mother of four when she brought him into her home was accused of lewd behavior by allegedly trying to suggest that her teenage daughter should allow him to pay her for sex.

When a North Carolina mother saw a homeless man, identified as 56-year-old Leonard Dale Dover, stuck outside in the heavy rains she invited him into her family home for a place to wait out the bad weather.

54-year-old Clyde Johnson began working with DHS in 2015. His job as a housing specialist entails assisting homeless people who are staying in shelters in finding permanent dwellings.
