A man in Colorado is facing several charges for allegedly switching seats with his dog when he was pulled over and arrested for speeding and driving under the influence.

Just before midnight on May 12, a man from Los Alamos was taking a road trip to Pueblo with his dog in the car. The man got as far as Springfield and realized he was lost.

An officer from the Springfield Police Department noticed the vehicle because the driver was allegedly going 22 miles over the posted speed limit. They performed a traffic stop.

A Utah woman behind the wheel who allegedly had more than eight times the legal blood-alcohol limit was arrested after she reportedly came close to hitting a police vehicle while driving erratically. 

Around 8:00 AM on November 29, a woman was driving down a street in Spanish Fork where a construction project was underway. There were barricades and traffic cones placed on the road to direct traffic around the work site. 

A deputy with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office driving ahead of the woman reported that they checked their mirror, and they saw the woman behind them driving in an unsafe manner. The deputy said the woman’s vehicle hit some of the cones and barriers in the construction area.

A Florida man was nabbed when he was reportedly seen driving a riding lawnmower down the highway while allegedly intoxicated.

Last Wednesday, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy reported that he watched as a man allegedly navigated at a crawling pace down Highway 316 while sitting atop a riding lawnmower.

The deputy hailed the driver to pull over his unorthodox vehicle for highway driving, and when interacting with the man the officer said that he believed he could smell liquor.

After the authorities retrieved a passenger locked inside the luggage storage bin underneath a Peter Pan Bus Lines vessel the driver was arrested and accused of causing the alleged catastrophe.

On Sunday, a Peter Pan Bus was carrying passengers on a route that departed from New York with an end destination of Boston, Massachusetts.

In the middle of the afternoon, some of the passengers reportedly heard banging noises that sounded as if they were coming from under the vehicle, which was making its way through Connecticut and very close to the border of Massachusetts.

When a high school sophomore wore a tee shirt with a message on it in response to her school’s dress code the incident resulted in criminal charges and her arrest.

15-year-old Isabella Messer is a student at Hopkinsville High School in Kentucky, and studies Tae Kwon Do in her spare time. Her mother has reported that Isabella has never gotten into any kind of trouble.

Isabella showed up at school while wearing a long sleeve shirt with peek-a-boo shoulders, which is against the new dress code implemented by the school district, and she was suspended for her attire going against the policy.

A Florida massage therapist who reportedly tried to solicit sexual favors to an undercover officer at the end of his massage was charged with prostitution, and she is now facing consequences to her employment as Florida is considering revoking her license to practice.

62-year-old Mi Suk Suk Bae is employed as a masseuse at the Victoria Spa in Jacksonville and she was apprehended last December when she was accused of offering to end a man’s massage by masturbating him. Bae was not aware that the client was a detective with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office who was working an undercover investigation regarding prostitution that they suspected was taking place in the establishment.

Bae was taken into custody and charged with one count of prostitution, to which she entered a plea of no contest which reduced her charge to breach of peace. She paid court fees and an ordered fine to make restitution.

A New York Judge has been accused of burglary after he was reportedly caught in the act of illegally entering the home of a woman who previously worked as an intern for him in order to steal the panties from her laundry.

Suffolk County Republican District Court Judge Robert Cicale formerly worked as a town attorney, and during that time he hired a 23-year-old woman who provided him with intern services. Cicale and his ex-intern are both neighbors and residents of Long Island.

On April 29 the woman arrived at her home and allegedly heard a strange noise. The woman was alone and she went to investigate the sound when she noticed a man running away from her residence. She made a phone call to her mother to tell her what had happened and a call was placed to 911 to report the incident.

At the Growing Well Child Care Center in Raleigh, NC, two women who provide day care services have been accused of abusing a 4-year-old boy enrolled in their program.

The state-accredited day care owned by Shirley Leary Staten is run out of her home. She and Nina Staton Lassiter, the director of the business, share the responsibility of caring for and overseeing the children.

One of the services provided at Growing Well is supplying meals for the youngsters in their care. On October 4, Staten is said to have force-fed a 4-year-old child rice and water causing chronic damage to him in the form of an eating affliction. In addition she allegedly slapped and pushed him onto the floor.
