A Providence man was arrested after allegedly robbing a local strip club at gunpoint and taking $22,000 in $1 bills. 

In the middle of the afternoon on July 18, a manager of The Cadillac Lounge adult entertainment club was counting money in his office before the establishment opened for the day. 

According to reports, a man wearing a mask entered the club and walked into the manager’s office. The man reportedly pulled out a gun and held it up to the manager’s head, ordering him not to look at him.

A Florida art dealer who was accused of selling faux paintings by famous artists and claiming they were authentic has been indicted for the alleged offenses. 

68-year-old Daniel Elie Bouaziz is from Paris, France, and he owns two art galleries in Palm Beach, Florida.  

In 2021, the FBI opened an investigation into Bouaziz’s business dealings based on the assertion that he was ripping off his clients. They believed he was selling prints of original works by artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Banksy, and Roy Lichtenstein and telling the customers that they were real. The authorities reported that Bouaziz provided the buyers fake provenances and authentications for the art pieces.

A fake pill bottle with a GPS tracker helped the police find and arrest a Michigan man who allegedly robbed thousands of dollars worth of prescription drugs from several CVS pharmacies over two months. 

Beginning on May 24, CVS pharmacies in four separate locations in midwestern Michigan were robbed of several prescription medications by an unknown suspect. 

One of the stores in Van Buren Township was visited by the suspect twice. The first time was on May 24, and then again on June 8. The alleged robber went to the pharmacy in Saline on June 2, the Ann Arbor location on June 14, and the store in Milan on July 7.

A convicted felon who was accused of stealing a boat reportedly tried to escape from the police by fleeing on a riding lawnmower. 

40-year-old Dusty Mobley is from Holt, Florida. According to county jail records, Mobley has a long history of arrests and convictions that began in 2004. 

On January 1, a boat was reported stolen from a metal building in Baker.

A Florida woman’s ex-girlfriend reportedly swiped naked photos from her OnlyFans account and allegedly threatened to send them to others, including members of her family, in a purported attempt to extort money from her. 

24-year-old Eliza Jean Limite lives in St. Petersburg. 

It was reported that Limite was recently in a romantic relationship with another woman.

A man wearing a Comcast employee uniform was arrested after he was accused of trying to break into a home in Northern California. 

Early in the afternoon on July 4, the resident of a home in the Bret Harte neighborhood of San Rafael reportedly noticed a suspicious person at their front door when they looked at the app for their Ring doorbell camera. 

The resident was not at home at the time. When they notified the authorities, it was reported that they said the person on their property was wearing a Comcast Cable Company uniform. They added that they believed the man was trying to get inside the house.

A home health aide allegedly tried to poison a 93-year-old client with opioids and used his credit card for over $50,000 worth of purchases without his knowledge.

34-year-old Mallory Giles lives in Huron, Ohio. She is employed as a home health aide in Erie County.

According to reports, a 93-year-old man who lives in a condominium in Sandusky was under Giles’ care.

When a father operating an excavator saw the police arresting his son, the man allegedly intentionally swung the machine at the officers in a purported attempt to prevent the detention. 

24-year-old Brandon Tallman lives in Vermont. 

Wayne Tallman, 52, and 48-year-old Amy Tallman are Brandon’s parents. Wayne and Amy have a home in Hardwick.

One of two alleged thieves at a California Home Depot in Stanislaus County reportedly sprayed a loss prevention officer with scorpion killer spray when confronted about the purported pilfering. 

Early in the afternoon on June 17, two women were at a Home Depot store located in Turlock. 

A loss prevention officer spotted the duo and believed they might have been pocketing items that they did not plan on purchasing.

A teenager who reportedly had a gun allegedly stole a street sweeper in Daytona Beach and forced the police to chase him for several hours. 

18-year-old Sterling Orlando Davis-Jones is from Jacksonville, Florida. He is currently on probation for grand theft, and it was reported that he has been involved in criminal activity since he was 10. He has been arrested for almost 40 offenses, some of which include grand theft, burglary, and possession of a firearm as a minor. 

Just after 4:00 am on June 13, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office was notified about a carjacking involving a man who reportedly stole a pickup truck-style street sweeper.
