A man is facing a legal mess after he allegedly walked over to his neighbor’s home while in the nude and relieved his bowels on the table on their porch.
54-year-old Kenneth Clark Carlyle lives in Clearwater, Florida.
Late in the afternoon on March 4, Carlyle reportedly shed his clothes and walked over to his next-door neighbor’s house.
When Carlyle reached the front porch, he allegedly went over to a table and used it as a makeshift toilet by leaving a load of excrement on top of the glass.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department caught wind of the stinky situation, and deputies were sent to the alleged victim’s residence.
When talking to the deputies, the alleged victim informed them that there were security cameras in more than one place outside the home.
The authorities viewed the footage, and they reportedly saw a man they believe to be Carlyle depositing stool on the tabletop while in the buff. It was reported that two cameras, which were placed at different angles, recorded the incident.
The deputies went to Carlyle’s home, and they found him inside his RV. It was reported that they could see that the man was still naked while he talked to them through the closed door. The authorities also reported that Carlyle was very uncooperative when interacting with them.
Carlyle was taken into custody and booked into the Pinellas County Jail. He has been accused of criminal mischief for the alleged unneighborly act.
His bond was set at $250 for the charge, but Carlyle is being held in jail. It was reported that the decision to hold him was because he was out on bond for unrelated charges when he was arrested last December for allegedly driving under the influence and misusing firearms.
