A Montana man who is currently on probation was arrested when an officer reportedly found him passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle with the motor running, causing him to believe he was under the influence of alcohol.

Late in the evening on September 27, a 52-year-old man was driving in Missoula when he decided to take a nap in his vehicle. He pulled over and parked, and reclined the seat so he could rest for a while. While he was relaxing, a passerby noticed him and became concerned. They located an on-duty officer from the Missoula Police Department nearby and provided the details of what they saw. The officer headed to the vehicle that the person reported, and it was noted that the driver had not turned off the engine before lying down. A naked Florida man is facing charges after he was accused of causing a disturbance outside a local Walmart.

Early in the morning on October 8, a man was reportedly running around the parking lot at a Lake City Walmart and chasing the employees around. People began calling the authorities to report the man, who was described as behaving erratically. Officers from the Lake City Police Department went to the location to investigate, and when they arrived, the people who said they were witnesses told them the man, who was not wearing any clothing, ran in the direction of a nearby wooded area after chasing the workers.

Early Sunday morning in Dunwoody, Georgia, a reportedly violent encounter unfolded outside a Waffle House involving an Uber driver and a group of teenage girls. According to the Dunwoody Police Department, the driver had been dispatched to the restaurant to pick up passengers when he discovered there were five girls waiting for a ride. He reportedly told them he couldn’t take all of them because his vehicle did not have enough space or seatbelts for everyone. It was reported an argument immediately ensued.

During the dispute, one of the teens allegedly struck the driver in the face and made threats against him. The teenager had gunshot wounds on her back and legs and was rushed to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for treatment. Local media later reported that she was in critical but stable condition.

The authorities interviewed the other four girls at the scene, who said the driver’s version of events was untrue. They reportedly told police that the injured teen never threatened the man. Officers from the Dunwoody Police Department arrested the 38-year-old driver.

Deputies in El Paso County, Texas, arrested a man accused of attacking his former girlfriend twice in the same morning, according to law enforcement officials.

Early in the morning on October 3, a woman and her ex-boyfriend were reportedly involved in a situation that resulted in her being hospitalized for several injuries, and the man being arrested on felony charges. Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office were notified by the woman, who called to report that her ex-boyfriend had assaulted her. According to reports, a few hours later, deputies were called back to the same location after the woman reported that the man had returned once more and assaulted her again. She reportedly sustained multiple injuries during the second alleged attack and was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

Authorities in Tennessee arrested a woman accused of abandoning her 2-year-old son inside a grocery store and then physically assaulting him in front of witnesses after being alerted to his whereabouts over the store’s intercom.

According to law enforcement, the incident occurred at a discount grocery store in Covington, where staff found a toddler alone at the customer service desk. The employees announced over the intercom that a small child had been found without a guardian. About ten minutes later, a woman came forward, reportedly scolding the boy and threatening to punish him before allegedly striking him multiple times in front of shoppers.

A firefighter from central Florida was arrested for stalking after allegedly dumping tampons soaked in red liquid on the front lawn of the home where her ex and his new girlfriend live.

The next morning, they found several tampons scattered across their yard. The items appeared to have been stained to look used. According to law enforcement, the case began on August 25 when a man contacted authorities to report missing items from his home in Palm Coast. The homeowner noticed that a bracelet belonging to his late wife had disappeared, along with her identification and debit cards. After checking his accounts, he reportedly discovered more than $650 in unauthorized transactions that appeared to have been made through a mobile payment app.

The man told investigators he suspected the cleaner who recently serviced his home was involved since she had worked in the bedroom where the missing items were taken. The online transactions appeared to be linked to someone with the same first name as the suspect.

A Missouri State University sophomore was jailed last weekend after he reportedly vandalized 17 cars in the school’s parking lot and then engaged in a ChatGPT session where he allegedly shared the details of the situation, in addition to admitting he was the one who did it.

According to reports, early in the morning on August 28, seventeen vehicles in the MSU freshman parking lot were damaged, and it was presumed that the destruction was caused by an individual. The alleged mass vandalism left some of the vehicles with broken windows, missing rear-view mirrors, dents, and busted windshield wipers. When the authorities became aware of the situation, officers from the Springfield Police Department began investigating.

Video surveillance was collected, and images of the suspect were made public. People claiming they witnessed the incident were interviewed during the months-long investigation, and on September 23, someone reported that they believed they saw a 19-year-old man who fit the description of the perpetrator. The following day, while talking to the suspect’s roommate, he said the man told him he was involved in the incident. On September 29, an officer went to the apartment and spoke to the suspect. It was believed that his shoes were the same ones the person in the surveillance video was wearing, and they were confiscated as potential evidence. His phone was also searched, and the authorities reported that they found a ChatGPT session with the man’s confession to the acts.
