Deputies were called to the gym after receiving a 911 call reporting an assault between two women. Authorities say the suspect allegedly recognized the other woman as someone her romantic partner had reportedly been involved with. An argument followed inside the gym, and the situation escalated. During the confrontation, the suspect allegedly picked up a free weight and threw it toward the other woman.

It was reported that the homeowner spotted the woman, and he believed the path was a part of his plot of land. He reportedly approached her while holding two pocket knives and allegedly threatened to eat her dog if she came back. The woman quickly left, and the authorities were notified.

Deputies from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office went to the scene and talked to both parties about what happened. As soon as they were satisfied that things had calmed down and the situation was handled, the deputies left. Unfortunately, according to a post made by the Sheriff’s Office, they were hasty in their retreat. Approximately an hour later, another call was made reporting that the same neighbors were having another issue that required the intervention of the authorities.

The authorities interviewed the other four girls at the scene, who said the driver’s version of events was untrue. They reportedly told police that the injured teen never threatened the man. Officers from the Dunwoody Police Department arrested the 38-year-old driver.

A few days later, the woman went to a local hospital, and they began treating her for multiple injuries, including burns on 60% of her body. They notified the authorities, and officers from the Pittsburgh Police Department went to the hospital to talk to the alleged victim. It was reported that she told them her boyfriend had instructed her to say she was injured when she was attacked by a stranger.

A 59-year-old woman from Florida is facing charges after allegedly holding two teenagers who were fishing near her home at gunpoint with a fake weapon that they believed was real.

On March 28, two teens, ages 13 and 15, were fishing near a residence in Melbourne. Though they were reportedly past the property line, the woman who lives in the home believed they were in her backyard. She allegedly intervened before notifying the authorities. According to reports, the woman approached the boys with what looked like a firearm but was later identified as a pellet gun. The teens, who dropped to the ground when they saw her, reported that they were afraid and believed the gun was real. The woman allegedly threatened to shoot them in their heads as they lay on the ground. A few minutes later, her husband went up to her and took the faux firearm away from her.

The woman called the authorities and told them what happened, and deputies from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office went to the address to investigate. When they talked to the teens, the boys gave their account of what happened and added that they thought the woman was going to shoot and kill them. When the piece was inspected, the authorities confirmed that it was a long pellet gun and not a real firearm. They also asserted that the boys were over 25 feet from the woman’s property line.
