A New York middle-school principal from Greene is facing charges after bringing McDonald’s chicken nuggets, a Grimace shake, and condoms to meet a 16-year-old girl for an alleged sexual encounter.

According to the authorities, on June 5, someone gave information to deputies from the Broome County Sheriff’s Office concerning the principal of Johnson City Middle School and a teenage girl. They were told that the man was trying to have a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old, who used to be a student at the school, but now attends Johnson City High School.

The police began to investigate the 55-year-old principal. The sheriff’s office put out a press release stating their assertion that the man was the perpetrator. They also reported that he made several attempts to meet with the teenager face-to-face.

A Florida police officer has been accused of sending inappropriate sexual text messages to a teenage boy to try to get him to take part in illicit acts. 

30-year-old Juan Antonio Garcia has been an officer with the Sewall’s Point Police Department for approximately five years. He also operates a taco truck. 

A now 15-year-old boy who has reportedly known Garcia since he was 10 works on the food truck.

An Alabama man was arrested when the authorities intercepted an alleged meeting that he arranged to try to have sex with a child.

45-year-old Blake Thomas Martin is from Escambia County, Alabama.

According to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, their Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was made aware of suggestive text messages they believed were sent by Martin. The texts were reportedly meant for an underage person.

A man who reportedly had several run-ins with the law in the same evening was arrested after he allegedly entered an IHOP and approached each patron with a proposition to view his genitals.

Throughout the evening of February 22, 24-year-old Allan Ibanez from Palm Harbor, Florida was reportedly involved in three incidents that drew the attention of the police but did not result in the man’s arrest.

Near 3:00 am, Ibanez reportedly walked into an IHOP restaurant in Clearwater where several diners were eating their meals.

A 40-year-old man who worked at The Magic Kingdom has been accused of trying to arrange a meeting with an 8-year-old for a sexual encounter.

On March 11, an undercover agent was in an online chatroom when he encountered a user going by the handle of “Mike.”

The agent chose a username that implied he was the father of a young girl. According to the affidavit, Mike sent the agent a message to inquire about the girl’s age. The complaint states that the agent replied and disclosed that his daughter was 8-years-old.

A Florida man is facing charges after allegations that he had been using social media to disclose his intention of seeking a young boy with whom to have a sexual encounter after one of the users of the service reported the details of their conversation to the police.

Kristopher Martin Oswald II, a 19-year-old man from Ocoee, Florida, has had prior legal issues pertaining to sex crimes when he was charged with possession of child pornography and promoting sexual performance by a child while he was a juvenile. During those proceedings, Oswald pleaded no contest to the charges and was formally judged as guilty. He was put on probation, and the records have been expunged due to his age at the time of the events.

On Sunday, May 13, Oswald was allegedly using online social media apps such as Snapchat and Grindr and began to talk with a man and disclosed information about past events where he had forced children to take part in sexual activities with himself and a dog. Oswald reportedly also told the man that he was currently seeking “sexy boys,” and that he had spent time scoping out the children at Thornebrooke Elementary School where he intended to select one on the following day. He allegedly sent pornographic pictures of children to the man over Snapchat as well.

A man who was suspected of driving under the influence was seen behind the wheel with bare feet and wearing only a pair of novelty alcohol-related underpants with his shirt when police pulled him over.

In the early morning hours of April 12, an officer reportedly saw a Dodge truck being operated erratically. The vehicle was said to have been veering between the painted lines on the road and the officer determined there was reason to perform a traffic stop.

Before the driver pulled over he allegedly slowed down the truck and threw what the officer believed was a black colored object out of the vehicle from the driver’s side door. He then regained his speed and pulled over in the parking lot of a nearby hotel.
