During a married couple’s visit to Florida for a job opportunity, the pair found themselves behind bars after a disagreement that reportedly resulted in the woman driving drunk and crashing into a store.

On the morning of August 26, the man and his wife, from Elizabeth City, North Carolina, were in Big Pine Key regarding a potential job. Just after 7:30 AM, they stopped at Coconuts Bar & Liquor Store where the woman bought a bottle of Crown Royal whiskey. According to reports, she went back to the truck, and within approximately five minutes she polished off half of the bottle. Her husband was displeased with the way she quickly chugged the liquor, and they started arguing. After they moved the dispute out of the vehicle things reportedly got physical, and the man allegedly hit her.

The woman climbed into the driver’s seat and stepped on the gas pedal, and the vehicle smashed into the store and damaged the building. A Tennessee man was accused of driving under the influence on Saturday when his truck flipped five times. The man explained that he had allowed Jesus to take the wheel when the accident occurred.

When 33-year-old Chad England was driving his truck down the Interstate in Sullivan County, Tennessee, during the morning of January 20 he reported that Jesus appeared to him and advised him to allow Him to take over driving. England’s truck rolled a total of five times as a result.

When Sullivan County deputies responded to the scene of the accident they allegedly spotted England carrying a jar as he was running away from the truck. It was assumed that England was under the influence of narcotics. He explained to the deputies that he was not fleeing the scene, but that he was traveling to a destination that he was called to in order to bow before someone. He also disclosed that while he was sitting in the driver’s seat he was not operating the vehicle.
