Soiled 18-month-old twins were reportedly discovered in the back seat of a vehicle while two adults were blacked out in the front with drugs visible. 

29-year-old Stephanie Sandlin is a mother of 18-month-old fraternal twins. They live in Middletown, Ohio. 

On June 6, Sandlin and her twins were with 48-year-old Justin Simpson, also a Middletown resident. Simpson was driving the vehicle with Sandlin in the front passenger seat. Her children were in the back of the van.

Eight people in Florida have been accused of operating a racketeering ring and taking nearly $85,000 worth of baby formula and assorted items for purported resale on the black market.

Beginning in August 2019, Florida locations of Walmart, Publix, and Southeastern Grocers (Winn-Dixie) in 18 counties reported that they were being targeted by thieves who were taking mostly baby products, such as diapers, formula, and baby food. Energy drinks were also reported in some of the product losses from the stores.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office Organized Retail Crime Detectives worked alongside state agencies. They opened an investigation into the reported recurring thefts, which allegedly continued throughout 2020.

A toddler who was allegedly defiled by a man that she was left in the care of reportedly contracted two STD’s from the sexual assault.

26-year-old Drevon Alexander Perkins was reportedly taking care of a 3-year-old family member in his apartment while her mother was at work.

Shortly after Perkins babysat, the child’s mother noticed that her daughter’s diapers were showing abnormal fluid on them and she took the youngster to the hospital. The doctors spoke with the girl’s mother after examining the toddler and issued diagnoses of gonorrhea and chlamydia.

Three caregivers were hired to provide assistance to a man they believed had Down syndrome, and they allegedly discovered he lied about having the disorder in order to derive sexual gratification when they changed his diapers and cleaned his private parts.

A caregiver was hired for an assignment in May after she replied to an ad that she found on a site called CareLinx, where people seeking in-home aide can connect with people who can offer them the support they need.

The woman was offered the job after texting with someone named Amy, who she believed was the client’s mother. She was reportedly told that she would be attending to the needs of a 31-year-old man who has Down syndrome and needs his diapers changed, in addition to assistance when he bathes. She was further instructed that she should punish the man if he went to the bathroom in his diaper.

A Florida man is facing charges after allegations that he had been using social media to disclose his intention of seeking a young boy with whom to have a sexual encounter after one of the users of the service reported the details of their conversation to the police.

Kristopher Martin Oswald II, a 19-year-old man from Ocoee, Florida, has had prior legal issues pertaining to sex crimes when he was charged with possession of child pornography and promoting sexual performance by a child while he was a juvenile. During those proceedings, Oswald pleaded no contest to the charges and was formally judged as guilty. He was put on probation, and the records have been expunged due to his age at the time of the events.

On Sunday, May 13, Oswald was allegedly using online social media apps such as Snapchat and Grindr and began to talk with a man and disclosed information about past events where he had forced children to take part in sexual activities with himself and a dog. Oswald reportedly also told the man that he was currently seeking “sexy boys,” and that he had spent time scoping out the children at Thornebrooke Elementary School where he intended to select one on the following day. He allegedly sent pornographic pictures of children to the man over Snapchat as well.

A Los Angeles man accused of stealing diapers from stores for close to a full year tried to escape police on Wednesday by leading them on a chase that resulted in an accident. A small child was in the car with the driver during the event.

23-year-old Darrion Tyrone Parker, a man Los Angeles County prosecutors have nicknamed the “diaper bandit,” has allegedly been involved in a string of robberies beginning in December 2016 and continuing through Wednesday. He is said to have stolen packages of diapers from various grocery stores and retail outlets in and around Long Beach by using threat of force, according to the DA’s office.

When Parker had attempted a robbery on Wednesday an employee of the store chased him into the parking lot and accosted him about his purported sticky fingers.
