A man in New Jersey was arrested after a dispute with his girlfriend allegedly led to him setting her family’s home on fire.

Just before 3:00 AM on September 3, a 50-year-old man went to the house where his girlfriend lives with her family. Her mother and father, who own the home, were there when he arrived.

According to reports, while the couple was talking, they had a disagreement, and someone else in the home overheard the conflict. They decided that they would ask the man to leave, but he reportedly refused. The family called the police, who had already come to their house a few hours earlier because of a noise complaint and asked for their help with making the man go.

After being released from custody after receiving one DUI charge, a Florida woman was arrested for a second DUI within the same week after allegedly slamming into a house in her vehicle.

Early in the afternoon on January 6, the authorities received a call from a concerned citizen. The person reported that they saw a woman driving near a Winn-Dixie in Pinellas County in a Hyundai with a flat and damaged front tire.

According to reports, the woman visited a liquor store on the premises, and when she was finished with her purchases she got back into the vehicle. As she started to back out of her parking space, deputies with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office pulled into the parking lot.

The wife of the Sonoma County Sheriff was arrested for driving under the influence after she allegedly crashed her vehicle through the side of a home and injured one of the inhabitants.

Just before 1:00 AM on May 20, the Santa Rosa Police Department received a flow of calls reporting a situation where a vehicle smashed into a house.

The neighbors that notified the authorities said a car jumped the curb, went through a fence, and destroyed the front yard of a residence before propelling through the home.

When a man was accused of setting his boss’s home on fire, he reportedly claimed that spirits told him to start the blaze.

54-year-old Thanh Ha is currently without permanent housing, and he stays in the St. Petersburg, Florida, area. Ha uses a bicycle for transportation. 

According to reports, Ha was recently working on a home in St. Petersburg that was undergoing construction.

A Florida teacher has been charged with sexual crimes after allegedly sharing a relationship involving physical and emotional intimacy with a teenage student. 

28-year-old Philip Velez resides in Hollywood, Florida. He has been teaching culinary arts and coaching basketball at Charles W. Flanagan High School in Pembroke Pines for approximately three years. 

Last November, Velez was at a school fundraising event where he reportedly encountered a 17-year-old female student. The pair reportedly enjoyed each other’s company and continued to connect, initially through text messages.

A woman’s daughter allegedly threw tacos at her when they were having a disagreement about whether their house was too dirty.

On the night of October 23, 20-year-old Braiden Lankford was with her 50-year-old mother in their family home in Tampa Bay, Florida.

According to reports, her mom was sitting on the sofa, and Lankford was in the kitchen with a couple of tacos.

An allegedly intoxicated Florida man reportedly went on a spree of destruction before sinking his car in a retention pond and refusing to return to shore, where the police were waiting.

On the evening of April 10, 29-year-old Justin Lorrison was reportedly experiencing a run of bad luck.

The man was asked to leave his grandmother’s home for an undisclosed reason.

Four teenage girls from Pennsylvania who reportedly said they were “bored” allegedly destroyed a residence by starting a devastating fire.

On April 3, a duplex in the Johnstown borough of Ferndale was badly burned when a fire broke out in the home.

Upper Yoder Township police and firefighters were dispatched to the residence to contain the fire. Two of the first responders were injured and hospitalized due to smoke inhalation.

A woman has been accused of burning down her boyfriend’s house five days after he was arrested for alleged acts of domestic violence against her.

Kayla Reifsteck and her boyfriend share a home in Champaign, Illinois.

On February 23, Reifsteck’s boyfriend was taken into custody, and he is facing charges for allegations that he caused her physical harm.
