The wife of the Sonoma County Sheriff was arrested for driving under the influence after she allegedly crashed her vehicle through the side of a home and injured one of the inhabitants.

Just before 1:00 AM on May 20, the Santa Rosa Police Department received a flow of calls reporting a situation where a vehicle smashed into a house.

The neighbors that notified the authorities said a car jumped the curb, went through a fence, and destroyed the front yard of a residence before propelling through the home.

A Florida Department of Corrections sergeant was arrested after reportedly threatening the deputy who arrested him for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol with three times the legal blood-alcohol content.

Early in the evening on March 18, a corrections sergeant at the Polk Correctional Institution in Polk City was driving his Honda Civic when he was in an accident involving only his vehicle. He reportedly struck a guardrail.

Deputies with the Polk County Sheriff’s Department went to the crash site and the sergeant was identified as the person who was in the wreck.

Two school bus drivers at a central West Virginia high school were involved in a situation where one of them was arrested for driving with students on board while allegedly highly intoxicated, and both were fired. 

At the conclusion of the school day on March 8, one of the school bus drivers had their vehicle filled with a total of 50 students from Gauley River Elementary and Richwood High School that he was driving home. 

According to reports, the driver spoke to a second driver before departing on his route, and he allegedly told him he felt like he was too intoxicated to drive. The other driver reportedly did not try to prevent him from leaving with the bus full of kids.

 The grandmother of an infant and preteen allegedly kidnapped them from their home and drove away with them while intoxicated. 

Just before 4:30 AM last Sunday, the mother of a 12-year-old daughter and a 2-month-old son had an argument with her mother. She reported that her mother was intoxicated and wanted to take the girl out in the car. She informed her mother that she would not let her daughter get into the car. 

It was reported that the woman fought with her daughter about taking the girl, and allegedly threatened to take the infant as well.

A social media influencer with over four million followers was arrested last weekend after she allegedly assaulted and injured her boyfriend in front of her 5-year-old daughter. 

Taylor Frankie Paul is a 28-year-old social media personality on TikTok. She is well known for being a Mormon mom of two with a lifestyle dubbed as “soft swinging.” 

Late in the evening on February 17, Paul and her boyfriend reportedly got into an argument. Her 5-year-old was allegedly sitting on the sofa, and things reportedly began to escalate. A neighbor heard the ruckus and called the authorities.

A heavily intoxicated man wielding a knife was arrested after a woman called 911 to protect herself, and he refused to cooperate with the responding law enforcement.  

Early in the morning on February 7, a female homeowner had a male guest at her house. It was reported that he consumed a lot of alcohol and had been acting erratically for several hours. 

The man had allegedly been starting arguments with the woman and verbally harassing her for much of the prior evening. His aggression reportedly escalated, and he allegedly grabbed a knife.

The Chief of Staff of the Vanderbilt University Medical Center was arrested after he allegedly sent his wife text messages while intoxicated and threatened to harm her and her family. 

According to reports, on December 11, the man who is Vanderbilt’s Regional Director of Emergency Medicine and the Chief of Staff for one of their hospitals attended the company Christmas party with his wife. 

It was reported that the man was intoxicated from drinking at the party.

A suspected intoxicated driver in Pennsylvania was taken into custody after he allegedly used his vehicle to damage a private residence and flipped the truck on its side. 

Early in the morning on October 23, a man who was asserted to be under the influence of alcohol was driving his truck through a residential area in Lebanon County. 

According to reports, the man allegedly drove the vehicle onto someone’s lawn and began to do a “burnout.”

According to reports, the University of Georgia’s defensive back was arrested last weekend after allegedly driving dangerously while heavily intoxicated.

20-year-old Javon Bullard is the defensive back for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Just before 3:00 am on September 24, Bullard was reportedly driving a Lexus in Athens.

A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy allegedly crashed a patrol car while driving under the influence and fled from the scene before the authorities arrived. 

50-year-old Carlos Lopez is a sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Santa Clarita Valley Patrol. He is on the department’s Special Enforcement Bureau. 

On the night of August 26, Lopez was driving his patrol car in the unincorporated community of Stevenson Ranch in the Santa Clarita Valley.
