When the patron of a restaurant was taken into custody after he allegedly became too intoxicated and started harassing the staff members the man reportedly wanted to fight the cops in the parking lot.

On Wednesday night at the Somerset, Pennsylvania Ruby Tuesday restaurant, a man who was visiting the establishment reportedly consumed quite a bit of alcohol and began to act unruly.

The female employees reported that the man, later identified as 59-year-old Kenneth Elwood Sr., began to issue lewd comments to them before he got in the face of a male patron in a purported attempt to goad him into a physical altercation.

A college student was arrested in a bar last weekend when two females alleged that the man urinated on them from a balcony while they were sitting on the ground level.

Jack DeBrabander is a 20-year-old engineering major at Michigan State University.

Last Saturday, DeBrabander was reportedly visiting the Yard of Ale bar in St. Petersburg, Florida.

When an allegedly intoxicated driver reportedly going over 100 MPH caused a crash involving three automobiles, two people including an infant suffered from injuries.

Around 8:30 pm on January 19, a car accident with three automobiles took place on an Irwindale onramp to the 605 freeway.

When officers with the Irwindale Police Department accompanied by the Los Angeles County Fire Department went to the site of the accident, they found that one of the cars had flipped over. The inhabitants of all of the vehicles were still at the scene, and at least two of them, one of them an infant, had sustained injuries.

A woman from Dunedin, Florida who works at a strip club as an exotic dancer allegedly kicked her manager in the groin with her platform stiletto-heeled shoe when he tried to send her home from work for drinking too heavily on the job.

35-year-old Lakiesha Ortiz works as an exotic entertainer at the Sinsations gentlemen’s club in Clearwater.

When Ortiz was at work on Saturday, her manager believed she had been drinking. He asserted that she imbibed so much alcohol that she had become intoxicated to the point that he felt she should leave the establishment for the duration of the night.

Early on Sunday morning, the New York City Metro Police received a report about a man who was at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Broadway allegedly causing a scene by being combative with a hot dog vendor.

When officers arrived at the location they noted that the vendor’s stand was knocked over.

The authorities began to speak with the stand operator, who said that he does not intend to pursue charges for the incident, and the man informed them that the suspect approached him and began acting in a belligerent and hostile manner. During the altercation, the suspect allegedly expressed his frustration by grabbing hold of the hot dog cart and flipping it over.

On November 15, the Peoria County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report about an automobile that had ended up in a ditch on the side of the road when the driver lost control of the vehicle.

The deputies encountered 20-year-old Trevor Smith at the site of the accident, and they got the impression that he had been drinking alcoholic beverages when they caught a whiff of his breath.

A New Jersey man was allegedly driving an e-scooter and he is facing charges for allegations that he was navigating the electric vehicle while intoxicated.

In May, the city of Hoboken employed a 6-month program in order to see how beneficial it would be if electric scooters were readily available for people to rent as a mode of transportation. Their goal is to reduce traffic and give people an accessible and more environmentally friendly way to get around the city. The e-scooters have been issued an 18 MPH speed limit, and they are only permitted to be driven on the street and in bike lanes.

On Sunday afternoon, Hoboken officers reported that they spotted a man who was allegedly walking around in an off-balance manner, and they allegedly watched him proceed to unlock and climb on an e-scooter.

On August 30, Daniel J. Carney, his fiancée, and their wedding party were celebrating with rafting and drinks on the Delaware River a couple of days before the big event.

While they were still on the water, one of the bridesmaids reportedly consumed so much alcohol that she was unable to partake in the water sports and had a hard time maintaining full consciousness.

Though she was not intoxicated, a woman who was pulled over for traffic violations was placed under arrest for DUI when the officer interpreted her anxious demeanor as an indication that she was under the influence.

On July 22, 29-year-old Ariel Berry went out in her pajamas to pick up a quick late-night bite with her boyfriend when they were on the way to his residence.

The girlfriend of a man who was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence was also charged for DUI when she allegedly showed up at the police station while intoxicated.

Last Thursday, 30-year-old Kristen Lee-Ann Robbins learned that her boyfriend had been incarcerated at the Chambersburg Police Department for an alleged DUI offense.

The woman headed to the police station to pick up her companion, and when she entered the building it was reported that officers got the impression that Robbins had been drinking before she arrived.
