Kathleen Kane, the former Pennsylvania Attorney General, was arrested last weekend after a car crash for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. 

In 2013, Kathleen Kane served as the 48th Attorney General of Pennsylvania. She is also the first woman elected to the position.  

Kane’s time as Attorney General ended when she resigned after being convicted of felony perjury, and many misdemeanors including oppression, obstruction, and conspiracy charges.

The deputy chief at the Denver Fire Department has resigned from his position after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. 

Jeremy Vigil was named deputy chief of the Denver Fire Department in 2020. 

Early in the morning on January 29, Vigil and his girlfriend reportedly got into an argument in her home.

Following his arrest, a police sergeant accused of fleeing the scene of a DUI accident he allegedly caused resigned from his position with the department. 

40-year-old Christopher Cowan was a sergeant with the Shepherdsville Police Department. 

Late in the evening on November 27, Cowan was reportedly driving his black truck near the Corbin Speedway in Whitley County.

A Virginia mail delivery carrier allegedly became so overwhelmed by the amount of mail he was expected to deliver that he rented a storage unit and held onto approximately 5000 pieces of mail he failed to deliver.

Jason Delacruz, 38, was hired by the United States Postal Service in Virginia Beach, Virginia in June 2018.

At the end of May 2019, the USPS Office of the Inspector General was notified about a situation regarding the possibility that one of the mail carriers was placing undelivered mail into a storage rental unit. The person who reported the incident submitted photographs that they had obtained of someone that appeared to be a mail carrier and included pictures of the license plate of the car that the suspect was driving.

A teacher at a Texas high school has been charged after he opened a file containing pornography that was displayed in front of the class during a lesson.

At the end of September, high school science teacher James Edward Alleman III was using a projector as a part of his instruction to his class and when he began the lesson it was reported that sexual content popped up on the screen.

The faux pas was reported to the school staff by one of the classmates in attendance, who additionally said that Alleman verbalized to those who viewed it that the incident shouldn’t have happened.
