The incident allegedly continued for hours overnight at a hospital in Weston County. Court documents stated that the nurse received repeated phone calls and text messages from the sergeant while he remained outside the facility. The alleged victim reportedly asked him to stop, but the messages allegedly persisted.

According to the affidavit, hospital staff later reported seeing a man believed to be the sergeant outside the building around 3:30 a.m. The individual was reportedly dressed in dark clothing and appeared to be lingering near the hospital.

A Texas teenager was arrested after the authorities accused her of helping set up two robberies involving boys she met through online dating sites, including one incident in which a 15-year-old was shot multiple times.

The alleged victim, a 46-year-old man, reportedly suffered a broken nose and needed three staples in his head after the attack in South Philadelphia. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment after nearby residents apparently heard the disturbance and caused the suspects to flee the area.

According to the authorities, the man had just finished a long day working two jobs and was heading home on foot shortly before 11 p.m. He reportedly had used the same route for about a decade without problems. Investigators said four juvenile males began following him as he walked through the neighborhood.

According to court documents, the teenager’s mother told investigators that her father had shot her son following a dispute connected to a household chore involving a fish house. Family members reportedly told investigators that the older man had become upset because the teenager had not stored the structure properly.

A Kentucky man was arrested after authorities said he allegedly attacked two people with a baseball bat during an argument when they disconnected his Wi-Fi access.

According to the authorities, deputies responded to a reported assault at an apartment early Sunday morning after a man called 911 and said he and his girlfriend had been attacked. The caller reportedly told dispatchers that the suspect struck both victims with a baseball bat before he was able to escape and contact emergency services.

When deputies arrived at the residence, they reportedly found a woman outside suffering from a head injury, and she was bleeding. She allegedly told deputies that the suspect attacked her with the bat before going back inside the apartment.
