Actor Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested last weekend after he was accused of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident in which he was reportedly involved.

On February 17, Zachery Ty Bryan, well known for his portrayal of “Brad” on the hit television series Home Improvement, was driving in La Quinta, California. Just before 2:30 AM, he was pulled over by an officer from the La Quinta Police Department. The officer believed the vehicle he was driving was involved in an accident earlier in the evening.

When the officer approached the driver and identified him as Bryan, he reported that the man displayed signs of intoxication.

When a Florida woman suspected of driving under the influence crashed her car and was taken to the hospital, she allegedly kicked one of the attending nurses.

On the evening of February 16, a 47-year-old woman was behind the wheel of a Lexus RX 350 driving in The Villages. She reportedly slammed the vehicle into a tree on the side of the road, and the authorities were notified about the single-vehicle accident. A Florida Highway Patrol trooper and deputies from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Department went to the site to investigate the situation.

It was reported that when they first spoke to the woman, the authorities believed she had been driving under the influence of alcohol. When the interior of the vehicle was searched, two alcoholic drink containers were reportedly found in one of the side pockets on the door.

A Florida man was arrested for driving under the influence a seventh time after the officer who pulled him over for an alleged traffic violation believed he smelled like he had been drinking alcohol.

Late in the evening on December 29, a man in a Toyota SUV was driving in Brevard County. Deputies with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department spotted the vehicle, and when they checked the plates, they reportedly learned that the registration was for a different make and model truck.

The deputies initiated a traffic stop, and when initially speaking to the driver, he allegedly smelled strongly of alcoholic beverages. It was assumed that the man, who had been arrested for DUI on several occasions, was driving under the influence of alcohol.

When the police tried to break up a street race and pulled over one of the involved cars, two men were arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and having drugs in the vehicle.

On the evening of January 27, a Fort Meyers car club was reportedly looking for a spot to hold a race. It was reported that they picked their spot, and a Charger matched with a pickup truck prepared to go head-to-head.

A deputy from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office was parked in a lot close by, and he noticed the activity but did not immediately intervene. When the drivers allegedly went speeding past the deputy at 75 MPH, he noted the Charger did not stay in its designated lane.

Two men were arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after police saw them on the side of the road attempting to get one of their vehicles out of the mud.

Just after 1:00 am on January 24, two men who had allegedly been drinking together at a bar in Evansville, Indiana, were driving down the interstate in separate vehicles after leaving the establishment at the same time.

One man was driving a Camry, and the other was driving a Dakota truck. According to reports, the Camry veered off the road and got stuck in the mud on the shoulder. The man in the Dakota pulled over to see if he could help.

After being released from custody after receiving one DUI charge, a Florida woman was arrested for a second DUI within the same week after allegedly slamming into a house in her vehicle.

Early in the afternoon on January 6, the authorities received a call from a concerned citizen. The person reported that they saw a woman driving near a Winn-Dixie in Pinellas County in a Hyundai with a flat and damaged front tire.

According to reports, the woman visited a liquor store on the premises, and when she was finished with her purchases she got back into the vehicle. As she started to back out of her parking space, deputies with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office pulled into the parking lot.

An underage driver suspected of driving under the influence with at least five passengers in the vehicle was arrested after reportedly leading the police on a high-speed chase.

Just after midnight on January 3, a juvenile was driving a vehicle in Hamilton County with four or five passengers who were believed to be underage.

A deputy with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office spotted the car and attempted to perform a traffic stop, but the driver of the vehicle allegedly ignored him and sped away. According to reports, the car was driven well over the posted speed limit, reaching speeds up to 90 MPH.

A Nebraska woman was arrested after allegedly driving under the influence with two children in her vehicle and leading the police on a chase when they tried to interact with her.

At approximately 1:00 AM on January 1, a 27-year-old woman was driving in Sydney with two children in the vehicle. According to reports, the youngsters were in the back seat, and they were not wearing seat belts.

About an hour later, a trooper from the Nebraska State Patrol was nearby, and the woman allegedly hit the back end of their vehicle. The law enforcement officer believed it was done intentionally, and they performed a traffic stop.

A man from Utah is facing charges after he rolled his UTV while allegedly driving under the influence of drugs, and his 2-year-old son was injured in the wreck.

On December 25, a man in Richfield was driving a UTV with a 2-year-old, 8-year-old, and 10-year-old as passengers. It was reported that the toddler was in the front seat with a regular seat belt on, and the older children were in the back wearing their seatbelts.

The man reported that his door opened. The UTV went sliding off the road, and he was ejected. When he attempted to get back on, the vehicle began to roll. Two people nearby saw the wreck and went over to try to assist. They notified the authorities. The pair worked to get the 2-year-old out from under the wreck, and when they retrieved him, they noticed his head was bleeding.

A DUI suspect from Idaho who reportedly had guns and open alcohol containers in his vehicle was arrested in Utah after allegedly causing a wreck while speeding and evading the police. 

According to reports, on the evening of December 24, a 23-year-old man from Idaho was driving a white truck in North Park, Utah. The authorities began receiving calls from people reporting a vehicle fitting the description of the man’s truck, and officers with the North Park Police Department found it traveling on a busy road. They tried to perform a traffic stop, but the driver reportedly sped up and got away from them by swerving around the other cars. The police decided to stop chasing him so no one would be put at risk. 

A deputy from the Cache County Sheriff’s Office was nearby, and they saw the truck as it drove by. They noted that the vehicle did not have a visible license plate and that the driver failed to remain in their designated lane. The deputy tried to pull him over, but he reportedly continued fleeing.
