A Texas man who was recently released from prison for the same crime was arrested at a gym after allegedly stabbing a fellow gym member in the buttocks with a knife during a dispute about the leg press machine.

On the morning of February 16, a 69-year-old man went to an LA Fitness gym in North Austin, Texas. During his workout, the man chose to use the leg press machine. While he was still using it, he was reportedly approached by a man who informed him that he wanted to use it. He told the inquirer to go use a different machine, and they walked away. When he finished using the machine the man headed to the locker room.

According to reports, the other man used the leg press when it was free. After his workout, he went to the locker room, where he was allegedly confronted by the person who was initially using the leg press. The man reportedly began yelling at him. He felt something dripping down his leg, and he believed the man stabbed him in the buttocks with a pocketknife. The alleged victim went into the gym area where there were other people.

The mother of a 5-year-old in Tennessee is in legal trouble after allegedly posting images on social media showing her daughter giving bikini waxes to unclothed adult women.

In the middle of February, a 30-year-old woman who operates a hair removal business out of her Memphis residence reportedly posted pictures and videos of her 5-year-old daughter on social media. The woman allegedly wrote a caption on the materials saying the youngster had performed 24 bikini waxings on clients within a 24-hour period. Several of the images allegedly showed what appeared to be the child applying wax to women who had stripped from the waist down.

The Memphis Police Department began receiving calls from citizens who saw the content online. They were reportedly notified by more than 80 people within a week.

Actor Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested last weekend after he was accused of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident in which he was reportedly involved.

On February 17, Zachery Ty Bryan, well known for his portrayal of “Brad” on the hit television series Home Improvement, was driving in La Quinta, California. Just before 2:30 AM, he was pulled over by an officer from the La Quinta Police Department. The officer believed the vehicle he was driving was involved in an accident earlier in the evening.

When the officer approached the driver and identified him as Bryan, he reported that the man displayed signs of intoxication.

A retired Texas man in a kilt was arrested for allegedly visiting antique stores and sticking pieces of merchandise up his rear end before putting them back on the shelf for purchase.

On the afternoon of February 10, a man went to the Antique Gallery of Houston and a store called The Curiosity Shop located inside the Antique Mall. While he was at each establishment, the man, who was wearing a kilt, reportedly picked up items and stuck them up the back side of the Scottish skirt. According to reports, he then removed each piece of merchandise and reshelved them.

When the authorities were notified, a deputy from the Special Operations Unit talked to the person who made the complaint from Antique Gallery of Houston. They were informed that a man came into the store and took two pieces of merchandise off the shelves, a brush and a “hardware piece,” and put them up his anus. The items were returned to the shelves with what appeared to be feces on them, and they had to be thrown in the garbage.

An Arizona man is facing serious charges after he was released from prison and allegedly carjacked a man driving a truck carrying $1 M worth of Corvettes so he could use the vehicle to get home.

According to reports, on February 15, a 23-year-old man was released from prison and headed to the Willcox Loves Struck Stop in Willcox, Arizona. The newly freed individual saw a semi-truck carrying 10 new Chevrolet C8 Corvettes, and he approached the driver to make small talk about the luxury vehicles. Before long, the man allegedly yanked the driver out of the semi, hopped into the driver’s seat, and took off.

The authorities learned about the alleged theft, and shortly after, a deputy from the Cochise County Sheriff’s Department found the man driving the semi. The deputy noted that the vehicle was being driven unsafely as he tried to perform a traffic stop. The driver reportedly ignored the sirens and lights and kept driving.

When a Florida woman suspected of driving under the influence crashed her car and was taken to the hospital, she allegedly kicked one of the attending nurses.

On the evening of February 16, a 47-year-old woman was behind the wheel of a Lexus RX 350 driving in The Villages. She reportedly slammed the vehicle into a tree on the side of the road, and the authorities were notified about the single-vehicle accident. A Florida Highway Patrol trooper and deputies from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Department went to the site to investigate the situation.

It was reported that when they first spoke to the woman, the authorities believed she had been driving under the influence of alcohol. When the interior of the vehicle was searched, two alcoholic drink containers were reportedly found in one of the side pockets on the door.

A Florida man was arrested for driving under the influence a seventh time after the officer who pulled him over for an alleged traffic violation believed he smelled like he had been drinking alcohol.

Late in the evening on December 29, a man in a Toyota SUV was driving in Brevard County. Deputies with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department spotted the vehicle, and when they checked the plates, they reportedly learned that the registration was for a different make and model truck.

The deputies initiated a traffic stop, and when initially speaking to the driver, he allegedly smelled strongly of alcoholic beverages. It was assumed that the man, who had been arrested for DUI on several occasions, was driving under the influence of alcohol.

A Florida woman was arrested after allegedly battering her mom by throwing grits in her face during breakfast.

On January 12, a woman was cooking breakfast in her residence in Ocala, Florida, and her 28-year-old daughter was in the kitchen with her. Her daughter wanted access to the kitchen so she could bake a pizza in the oven, and she reportedly became frustrated when her mother did not allow her to do so. Her mom reportedly told her she cooked several breakfast items, including the grits she was preparing.

Her daughter reportedly started yelling at her, and things quickly escalated. The woman allegedly grabbed grits in her bare hand and threw them in her mother’s direction. The flying food reportedly landed on the woman’s face.

According to reports, the police were forced to use a Taser on an Arizona man to detain him after he allegedly threatened a woman and her boyfriend with a knife and physically assaulted the man.

In the middle of the afternoon on February 10, a woman and her boyfriend were spending time together at a home in Maricopa. Another party was present, but his relation to the couple has not yet been disclosed. The motive for what transpired next was also not reported, but the situation reportedly became dangerous and intense.

The man reportedly told the woman’s beau that he wanted him to leave the home. When her boyfriend did not comply, and the man reportedly left the residence returned with a knife. With the blade in his hand, he allegedly began to threaten the couple, again insisting that the woman’s partner get out. It was reported that he started to feel like he could be in physical danger, so the man decided to leave.

Two gas station clerks in Georgia are facing legal troubles after allegedly orchestrating and executing a fake robbery at work, where one of them played the role of the assailant and the other acted as the victim.

Around 12:10 AM on January 21, someone notified the authorities about an alleged attempted armed robbery at a Shell gas station that happened moments before they called. Officers from the Duluth Police Department headed to the address to investigate.

When they went inside, they reported that one of the employees was shaking and visibly distressed. They asked him what had happened, and the man reportedly said someone holding a knife came into the store and assaulted him. He said he was hit in the face and knocked out, and when he came to, he saw people stealing money out of the register. It was estimated that they left with $5,000.
