A drunken Florida man was arrested for his alleged involvement in an altercation at Walt Disney World that broke out after he reportedly made fun of a woman with Down Syndrome.

On January 25, a 62-year-old man was with his wife and a group of friends at the Belle Vue Lounge in The Boardwalk Resort at Disney World. It was reported that he was drinking bourbon and beer, and it was believed that he was intoxicated. At a table nearby, another group of patrons, one of whom was in a wheelchair, were enjoying their time in the establishment when the man reportedly went up to their table.

The girl in the wheelchair has Down Syndrome, and some of her family members were sitting with her. They reported that the man approached them and started making noises. It was believed that the man was mocking her, and the situation intensified when her mother asked him if that was his intention.

A Disney World guest standing outside the Magic Kingdom allegedly had a firearm hanging around his neck, and when the police interacted with him, he reportedly ate white powder from a plastic bag. 

33-year-old Quincy Campbell is from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. 

On April 19, Campell was going through the bag check area at Disney World. It was reported he had a suspicious black bag hanging from his neck. It was reportedly discovered that the bag contained a firearm.

A Disney World employee has accused a man who was a patron of the park of making her feel uncomfortable and groping her while she was dressed as Princess Ariel.

On November 2, in the Orlando Disney World Ariel’s Grotto attraction, a man and his wife entered and desired a photo with the princess.

When it became their turn to pose with the person dressed as Ariel, the pair reportedly sat on either side of her and crowded her to the point that she allegedly felt awkward about the interaction.

A 40-year-old man who worked at The Magic Kingdom has been accused of trying to arrange a meeting with an 8-year-old for a sexual encounter.

On March 11, an undercover agent was in an online chatroom when he encountered a user going by the handle of “Mike.”

The agent chose a username that implied he was the father of a young girl. According to the affidavit, Mike sent the agent a message to inquire about the girl’s age. The complaint states that the agent replied and disclosed that his daughter was 8-years-old.
