A man who has been on the sex offender registry since he was a child was accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Wichita Falls.
When he was 12, now 36-year-old Joshua Samuel Gravens was convicted of a sex crime for inappropriately touching his younger sister. When Gravens was sentenced, he was ordered to keep his name on the sex offender registry.
In 2009, Gravens was living in Wichita Falls and failed to register on time, and he was charged with a felony.
An officer with the Topeka VA reportedly got into a domestic dispute with a woman while off duty and allegedly pointed his gun at her head during the argument.
Alexander Morris Harris, 43, is a Topeka VA police officer. According to reports, he was recently demoted.
