38-year-old Andres C. Chavez resides in Palatine, Illinois.

Since 2007, Chavez has been charged with five DUI’s, resulting in the revocation of his driving privileges.

A reportedly drunk driver in Central Oregon allegedly had a blood-alcohol level more than nine times over the legal limit, setting a new record for the highest recorded BAC since 2007.

In December 2007, a woman in Klamath County, Oregon, was charged for driving under the influence. When tested, her blood-alcohol level was reported as .72.

Around 1:00 pm on February 19, the Madras Police Department learned that a hit-and-run had occurred on Tribal land in the county.

Stephon Hadley was reportedly traveling in his vehicle in Owasso with his infant in the back seat.

During their trip, Hadley allegedly slammed into a truck that was on the same road, allegedly forcing the vehicle off the street and into a trench next to the shoulder.

A man in Stockton was allegedly driving under the influence when he reportedly sparked many fires and two accidents, before leading the police on a high-speed chase for more than 5-miles.

On the afternoon of July 5, a pickup truck was seen traveling down the highway in Stockton, California. The vehicle was reportedly lacking the front passenger side wheel, but that did not hinder the driver from driving the truck on the road.

When an officer saw the truck he reportedly tried to pull over the driver, but the man behind the wheel allegedly ignored it and continued down a different road.

A man accused of discharging a firearm into the air, stealing a vehicle, and forcing the police on a high-speed chase, reportedly careened the car from a cliff edge into the ocean before being arrested.

Last Tuesday afternoon, the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Office received word that a man allegedly discharged a firearm into the sky before he stole a car and left its owner as he left the scene.

When deputies located the vehicle and tried to perform a traffic stop, the driver reportedly did not comply and began to increase his driving speed.

51-year-old Alberto Tito Alejandro lives just outside of Seattle in Lakewood, Washington.

A man who is facing charges for DUI and felony hit-and-run after an alleged accident involving injury to the victim will learn if the charges against him will result in a trial after a settlement conference takes place in December.

39-year-old Randy Lee Miller from Cathedral City was reportedly driving his Volkswagen through Palm Springs early in the morning on September 11.

Miller, who was on his way home, allegedly hit a man identified as Jared Wright with his vehicle and did not stop traveling. Wright, who was reportedly on the roof of Miller’s car remained there for the next two miles as Miller made his way back to his house.

A Palm Desert man believed to be driving under the influence was held responsible for an accident involving five cars that reportedly left one driver seriously injured. The allegedly intoxicated man also fled the scene after the initial incident occurred.

Just after 12:30 p.m. on Friday in Palm Desert five cars were involved in an accident that was allegedly caused by a man driving a Nissan Altima who is suspected of having been under the influence of alcohol and possibly drugs.

The Altima that the driver, later identified as 37-year-old Jeremy Tellez of Palm Desert, initially made impact with a Toyota Yaris and a Honda Civic in proximity of his vehicle. The driver of the Yaris hit the back end of a Toyota Highlander, and the Civic collided with an Ford F-150.
