A federal agent is facing multiple felony charges for allegedly sexually assaulting women under the guise that he was going to find them modeling work and give them free tattoos.

At the end of October, the authorities opened an investigation after receiving reports about women who were allegedly raped by a man named Lalo Brown when they went to a Gaithersburg shop called DC Fine Line Tattoos.
