A man riding in a Lyft was accused of taking issue with the driver’s plastic partition between the front and back seats and assaulting the man while he was still navigating the car on the road.

Around midnight on August 2, 36-year-old Travis Smith and one of his friends who had a child in tow hailed a Lyft to drive them to Smith’s home.

When the riders got into the car and gave the driver the Palm Coast address where they wished to be dropped off, Smith allegedly began to question the reason the driver had a plastic barrier installed in the vehicle.

The mother of a teenage boy allegedly kneeled on his throat until he was unable to breathe as she reportedly threatened to end his life in the same manner as George Floyd’s.

37-year-old Keriann C. Smith lives in a Genoa City, Wisconsin apartment with her 14-year-old son, and a daughter whose age has not been disclosed at this time.

On June 20, Smith reportedly attacked her son and allegedly applied a substantial amount of pressure to the boy’s throat using her knee.

When the response to a car accident led the authorities to a 7-year-old girl, it was asserted that the three people at the scene were responsible for allegedly torturing the child.

Around 9:30 pm on July 6, the Rosepine Police and Louisiana State Troopers learned of a car crash with possible injuries.

When they arrived at the scene, the officers identified 20-year-old Allen Clayton Fulks, and 22-year-old Dakota Wayne Singletary inside one of the vehicles and noted that they had visible wounds.

While a 12-year-old boy was dancing on a street corner, a passenger in a car driving by reportedly hopped out of the vehicle and struck the child.

Last Friday night, Fingerprint Urban Dance Studio instructor Micheal “Crank” Curry was recording and Facebook Live streaming a video of his students as he watched them take turns performing on a street corner in Cape Girardeau.

The video, which was viewed by many Facebook users, reportedly depicts one of the dancers while he was attacked by a stranger.

A Pennsylvania man was taken into custody and charged after he was accused of raping the mother of his children and giving instructions about how to smoke weed to their 3-year-old.

33-year-old John Yurasits lives in Mount Holly Springs with his 3 children and their mom. The couple reportedly has a newborn, in addition to a 2-year-old and 3-year-old.

In May, the woman filed a complaint with Child Protective Services alleging Yurasits had sexually assaulted her several times and that she was afraid he might hurt the children.

A man is facing charges after he allegedly allowed a 12-year-old girl in his care to operate his SUV at a reported speed of 85 MPH.

Shaun Michaelsen is a 41-year-old resident of Jupiter, Florida.

On June 8, Michaelsen was reportedly caring for his female friend’s 12-year-old daughter and one of the preteen’s friends for a couple of days.

While a two-month-old child’s parents were allegedly engaged in a brutal confrontation, the baby was reportedly stabbed in the head and needed hospitalization for the injuries.

Wilson, North Carolina, residents 21-year-old Angel Marie Webb and 21-year-old Eusebio Munoz Jr. recently became new parents.

On May 27, Webb and Munoz Jr. allegedly began disputing early in the morning, and the discord reportedly led to Webb picking up a screwdriver and wielding it as a weapon towards her husband.

Three people are accused of child endangerment after five children were reportedly discovered in a handmade wooden box attached to the bed of the pickup truck in which they were traveling.

On the afternoon of May 12, the temperature outside was recorded as having a high ranging being between 90 to 100-degrees in the Needles area of San Bernardino County, California.

According to a release from the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department, near 2:00 pm, the authorities received from a phone call requesting service at a rest stop claiming there might be youngsters riding in the back of a pickup truck inside a crate. The caller reportedly suspected the children might be in danger.
