A woman is facing charges after accusations that she enticed three men she had met in New York nightclubs and kissed them with a substance in her mouth leaving them unconscious while she allegedly stole over $100,000 of goods from them collectively.

After three reported jewelry robberies took place over the past year with the alleged victims being men who were visiting nightclubs, the authorities have identified 22-year-old Ocsetta Tinsley as the alleged perpetrator of the thefts.

In August 2017, Tinsley reportedly made the acquaintance of a 44-year-old man when she was the patron of the same New York nightclub he was in. When the man invited her back to his apartment she allegedly took jewelry valued at nearly $80,000 from his home without his consent.

On Wednesday, a Wisconsin Walgreens had been the target of a failed attempted armed robbery and the alleged suspect was seen throwing his gun onto the roof of a store while the police were chasing him.

In Milwaukee on the morning of August 22, a person with their face obscured by a skull cap who was toting a 9mm handgun reportedly attempted to rob a Walgreens pharmacy after noticing that the cash register was left unattended. The suspect was spotted by one of the people working in the store who reported that they saw him near the register and then watched him run out of the building.

A passerby saw the suspect exit the store and trailed him while using a cell phone to capture him on video. When the person that was recording saw a police car driving past he got their attention and showed them the video to try to assist them in locating the suspect who had allegedly attempted the robbery.

When a stranger entered a family home through an unlocked door early on Wednesday morning the 11-year-old boy who lives there approached him causing the man to leave the premises.

Just after midnight on August 22, 11-year-old Nathan Markos was watching television while his parents were asleep, and he heard some strange noises coming from the kitchen of their house.

The boy reportedly heard the sound of the refrigerator door opening and went into the kitchen to investigate. He saw a man standing in front of the opened door of the fridge and the man standing there allegedly asked him if it was alright if he helped himself to some beverages.

A woman from Inglewood was taken into custody after the authorities allegedly discovered that she may be a part of a fencing scheme involving merchandise that had been reported as stolen from several stores.

While investigating a report from Macy’s at the Glendale Galleria, 36-year-old Tiffany Mathis caught the attention of the police as a suspect in what is believed to be a fencing operation involving goods that were stolen from several stores around the Los Angeles area.

A fence is someone who obtains stolen goods for a low price from the people who initially stole them, and then finds buyers that will pay close to market value and usually don’t know that the products were illegally procured. Mathis is suspected of acting in this capacity.

One of three people that were allegedly in a car that had been reported as stolen went running into a cow pasture to try to avoid getting into trouble after the authorities caught up with the vehicle.

On Monday, 46-year-old Jennifer Anne Kaufman and 38-year-old Erin Thompson were allegedly the passengers in a stolen SUV driven by 46-year-old Jamie Michael Young.

Officers tried to stop the vehicle when they noticed it fit the description of an automobile that had been reported stolen, but the driver failed to obey and ignored the posted traffic signs. While the police were in pursuit the vehicle was reportedly seen drifting into a ditch on the side of the road where it got stuck and came to a stop.

The owner of a North Carolina roofing company is under suspicion of fraud after he allegedly accepted payment from nine different homes for roofing work that he never fulfilled.

34-year-old Ricardo Romero is the owner of Above and Beyond Roofing in Raleigh, NC. Over the past year his company has had complaints filed against it due to customer claims that they contracted Above and Beyond to work on their roofs and after the payment was collected up front the work was never started.

The North Carolina Department of Insurance has been investigating the practices of Above and Beyond and they reported that they have noted a pattern where the company allegedly sent out sales representatives providing free consultations after hailstorms in search of new clients.

Two men are facing robbery charges after a woman who was carrying her two pedigree puppies through a Riverside mall parking lot was allegedly approached by them and assaulted before they took her dogs from her.

On July 28, just before 7:30 pm, a woman was escorting her two young English bulldogs in her arms while walking through the Hemet Valley Mall parking lot. She was reportedly approached by two men that told her to give them her dogs. When she would not comply it is purported that the men pushed the woman down to the ground and stole the puppies from her.

20-year-old Samuel Ramirez who is one of the two men that the authorities suspect was involved in the incident turned himself in at the Temecula California Highway Patrol office three days after the dogs were taken. He was placed in custody and detained for his alleged involvement and he is facing charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit a felony, and probation violation. He was released after posting a bond in the amount of $50,000 and he has a scheduled court date of September 21.

On Thursday night an alleged robbery took place at the spot that hosts Donald Trump’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star, and the person suspected of the crime turned himself in on the following afternoon.

On July 26 near 10:00 pm two men were reportedly involved in a physical altercation resulting in one of the men having his camera stolen by the suspected perpetrator of the incident. The theft took place where Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is placed.

19-year-old Julio Gomez, a young man who has a reputation for spending a lot of time around the area that the robbery happened, is the person that the authorities believe was responsible for the heist.

An Arizona resident who was exiting the hospital after receiving help for health problems relating to the extreme heat outside allegedly stole an ambulance so that he would not have to walk home in the high temperature.

When 37-year-old Todd Shell, a former basketball player for Arizona State University, became ill from the recorded 115-degree weather on Tuesday he went to the hospital for treatment.

After he was stabilized Shell left the hospital and went back into the hot weather but as he did not have a vehicle he realized that he would have to walk home. He allegedly spotted an ambulance that had recently made a drop off at the emergency room. It was still running but no one was inside of it.

36-year-old James Hensley was the owner and president of Knoxville Auto Brokers in Knoxville, Tennessee, from 2012 until the day he shut his business down last April.

When Hensley closed his doors for good he allegedly left some of the clients of his establishment with financial problems because he accepted trade-in vehicles from them with the understanding that the car dealership would finish paying off any outstanding balances owed on those automobiles. When he did not comply with the contractual agreements to make the payments the original owners were sent bills for the amount that was still owed.

Six months after Knoxville Auto Brokers went out of business Hensley had his license allowing him to sell cars in Tennessee revoked by the state based on charges alleging that he failed to provide a total of 24 titles to the new owners of vehicles that customers had purchased from him.
