When the police apprehended a Florida man for allegedly driving nearly 120 MPH, he reportedly told them he felt like he was living in a video game.

Early in the morning on July 19, a man was driving a Nissan Murano in Naples on Interstate 95. He was reportedly in an area with a marked speed limit of 70 MPH, but the man was allegedly driving much faster than what was legal.

Deputies from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office spotted the vehicle, and they alleged that their radar clocked the vehicle’s speed at 117 MPH.

A man with a prior criminal case in April regarding sexual activity with a horse was arrested again when he was allegedly recently found near two horses with his genitals exposed. 

On April 28, the man was caught at a home in Melrose Township, where he was caught having sex with a horse while feeding it apples.

The result was his being booked into the Adams County Jail on one count of unlawful sexual contact with an animal, a class four felony, one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass to land, and one count of criminal damage of property. After the case was opened, the suspect agreed to plead guilty to criminal damage of property for injuring a domestic animal of another without consent, and prosecutors chose not to pursue the sexual contact with an animal and criminal trespass charges. He received a sentence of time served, two years of probation, and an order for an evaluation of his mental health.

A Desert Hot Springs man is facing charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated with his dog in the car and leading the police on a chase until he was forced to stop by slamming into two pumps at a gas station.

Around 3:00 AM on July 15, a 24-year-old man was driving a 2019 Honda Civic with his dog in the vehicle. The man was allegedly driving well over the speed limit.

An officer from the Cathedral City Police Department was in the vicinity, and they noticed the allegedly speeding Civic as it reportedly was driven through a red light. The officer attempted to perform a traffic stop.

The mother of a 3-year-old in Texas has been accused of causing her child injuries by forcing her to have unneeded medical and surgical procedures due to suspected Munchausen syndrome by proxy.

According to reports, the 27-year-old mother of a 3-year-old girl put up a GoFundMe page asking for donations to pay for travel and expenses so she could take her child for a medical procedure in Ohio she allegedly claimed the youngster needed.

It was reported that the child had been to Cook’s Children’s Hospital in the past, and they found out that her mother was taking her to other states for treatment of conditions her daughter had not been diagnosed with. They believed the mother was searching for any doctor she could find to get the procedures done, even though they were allegedly not needed.

An 18-year-old woman was reportedly chained up and held captive while she was raped by a couple in a Texas home for nearly a month until she found a way to escape.

According to reports, a 33-year-old man met and allegedly pretended to be romantically interested in an 18-year-old woman. The man reportedly lives with his 29-year-old then-pregnant girlfriend in their Houston residence.

As time passed and the man and teenager got closer, she reportedly decided to move into his home. She reportedly believed they were going to take their relationship to the next level by cohabitating.

A reportedly angry customer at a Florida restaurant was arrested after she allegedly tried to throw a burrito at a man she was fighting with, but it hit someone else in the face instead.

“Rick’s Reef” is a restaurant located in St. Pete’s Beach and advertises as a family and dog-friendly establishment. Their website describes the place as a “casual dining restaurant serving fresh food made in-house, with a fabulous Florida beach feel.”

On July 12, a 46-year-old woman who lives close to Rick’s Reef went to the restaurant early in the evening. While she was there, the woman’s visit reportedly turned sour. According to the arrest report, she started to yell at the other patrons at the restaurant, and she allegedly began to cause a scene.

A Berwick nurse working at an assisted living facility is facing several charges for accusations of stealing pain medication from patients instead of giving them their doses.

The Celebration Villa of Berwick, described on their website as “a friendly single-story enhanced personal care community in Berwick, PA, just a short drive from Wilkes-Barre,” employs nurses on their staff. Some of the nurses are tasked with giving medications to patients.

It was reported that a 34-year-old nurse at the facility requested to be scheduled to work the overnight shift. If she worked that shift, she would be required to distribute the medications.

A Florida woman is facing charges after she allegedly attempted to throw acid on her sister, but it hit her sister’s daughter instead.

On the evening of July 13, a 38-year-old woman and her sister were having a dispute in a Miami home.

The Miami-Dade Police Department went to the residence on a domestic violence call, and the women were reportedly still going at it when they arrived.

When a man accused of taking a 17-day vacation on another person’s dime by allegedly paying with a stolen credit card was being processed into jail, the authorities reportedly located a live round underneath his testicles.

A man who is a resident of the Bahamas that is recorded as currently living without permanent housing is staying in Miami, Florida. He recently reportedly took a vacation to Indian Rocks Beach for 17 days and paid to stay in a rental residence while on his trip.

It came to light that the man might have used a stolen credit card to pay for his excursion, and the authorities were made aware of the suspicions.

When a man in Las Vegas was pulled over for reportedly driving more than double the posted speed limit, the authorities allegedly found a loaded gun and marijuana in his vehicle, in addition to a huge stash of fireworks in his trunk.

Just after 11:00 PM on July 8, an officer from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department spotted a vehicle allegedly being driven recklessly and reportedly going well over the speed limit. It was reported that the driver also allegedly almost caused several accidents with other cars on the road.

The officer performed a traffic stop, and when they interacted with the driver, they said he showed several intoxication indicators, such as a slow response time.
