Authorities reported that an observant airline passenger aboard a flight from Seattle, WA to San Jose. CA spotted a man sitting in the seat in front of her allegedly sending alarming texts regarding child sexual assault. The screen display was large enough that she was able to capture photographic evidence of the conversation, and she alerted the flight crew about the incident.

The suspect, 56-year-old Michael Keller, was spied sending text messages to 50-year-old Gail Burnworth consisting of details about molesting children. Both Kellar and Burnworth are residents of Tacoma, Washington where Burnworth provides babysitting services. Police speculated this is what gave Kellar access to the victims: two children ages 5 and 7. The relationship between the suspects currently remains unknown.

After the passenger, who has chosen to remain anonymous, spoke with the flight attendant on board the law enforcement at the San Jose airport was notified. When Kellar disembarked the plane he was taken into custody immediately. Seattle police arrested Burnworth.

Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller stood in court with his trademark pink mohawk on Wednesday and was sentenced to three years probation and 100 days in jail for a list of felonies involving multiple clashes with the Orange County police. Miller who is 36 years old, plead guilty to about a dozen felonies and misdemeanors which included assault on a peace officer, battery and resisting arrest.

Miller got a plea bargain with Orange County Superior Court Judge Robert Fitzgerald. He was given double credit for his 50 days of time served, so he will not have to spend any more time behind bars, his attorney Cameron Talley said.

Talley reported that Miller has two strikes on his record now and could have some serious consequences if he violates his probation. According to Miller’s lawyer the former champion MMA fighter had lost his job as a commentator for Fox Sports and became engulfed in depression after allegations of domestic violence with his ex-girlfriend in his Mission Viejo home in 2013. In February a jury acquitted him of those charges that seemed to have triggered his problems.

On Wednesday afternoon, a group of teens were walking home from school in an Anaheim neighborhood when an Anaheim resident confronted the teens. The resident is an LAPD officer who was off duty at the time. He complains that the teens were allegedly walking on his property. The officer and teens exchanged some words and that’s when the off duty policeman allegedly grabbed a 13 year old boy. The other teens immediately took out their phones to start recording what happened next.

The 13 year old boy allegedly threatened to shoot the man, according to Anaheim police, which led to the off duty officer trying to handcuff the boy. “You’ve been resisting the whole time,” the man told the boy, who you can see in the video refusing to let go. “Punch a kid in the nuts, that’s a pussy move,” the boy responded. “Let me go, for the last time!”

The boy alleged that the off duty officer called a girl a “cunt” when telling her to get off his lawn, then tackled the boy first when he stood up for the girl.
