A media mogul in Pennsylvania is facing charges after allegedly pulling a gun on a woman trying to deliver him a package from Amazon and ordering her to leave his property.

Early in the evening on July 1, a woman driving a black Dodge Caravan with her two youngsters as passengers went to the Paradise Township mansion of a man who previously owned multiple newspapers in Oregon. She was attempting to deliver a package from Amazon, but she was not driving a company vehicle.

When she arrived at the gate, the man opened it and allowed the woman to drive the Dodge onto his property.

A Florida mother with five children in her vehicle was accused of driving under the influence of alcohol after getting into an accident with another car.

On the morning of June 23, a woman was driving her Ford Explorer in Casselberry with her 5 children in the vehicle. It was reported that one of her daughters noticed she was drinking, and when the girl asked to be let out of the car with the other children, her mother allegedly said no.

After passing through an intersection, the woman and the driver of a Lexus got into a two-vehicle accident. She allegedly tossed a beer bottle into the back of the car before the police arrived.

A Florida woman is in legal trouble after allegedly leaving her youngsters alone in her vehicle while entering a mall, and the car reportedly caught fire while she allegedly went inside to shoplift.

On May 26, a woman reportedly went to the Oviedo Mall with her two children and parked her car in front of a department store. When she got out of the vehicle to head inside, she allegedly left the youngsters by themselves. A man reportedly accompanied her into the mall.

According to reports, the pair went to Dillard’s, and employees became suspicious that they might be shoplifting during the hour they were in the store.

A Florida woman with a reported blood-alcohol level of over .15 is facing charges after allegedly speeding down New Smyrna Beach until her car ended up in the ocean.

On the afternoon of May 27, several people were enjoying the day with their canine companions at the Smyrna Dunes Park on New Smyrna beach, when they were reportedly abruptly interrupted by a potentially dangerous event.

A blue vehicle came speeding down the beach towards them, and it almost struck one of the children in the park. The automobile was believed to be going at least 50 MPH when it zipped through the populated area.

A man in North Carolina was arrested after a 6-hour standoff for allegedly holding people hostage in a residence and threatening to shoot them.

According to reports, around 3:00 AM on May 21, the Spindale Police Department was notified about gunshots that were believed to have been fired inside a home.

Officers were dispatched to the address, and when they got there someone told them that there were people, including children, that were still inside the house with the suspect. They were informed that the suspect allegedly intended to shoot any law enforcement that came to the residence.

A Florida man was arrested on hundreds of charges for allegedly sexually assaulting children and possessing pornographic materials depicting both children and animals.

In the middle of May last year, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was conducting an online undercover operation to try to flush out adults sexually preying on children.

A detective pretending to be underage was chatting with someone who said they were 19 years old, and they allegedly asked the person they believed was a child to send naked photos.

A Florida man with three children and a woman in his vehicle was reportedly traveling 60 miles over the posted speed limit to get his girlfriend to Taco Bell as quickly as possible. 

On March 21, a man was driving a Mercedes in Palm Bay, Florida, with his girlfriend and three children in the automobile.  

An on-duty officer with the Palm Bay Police Department was on the same road when they reportedly saw the vehicle whiz past at more than double the posted speed limit. The driver also allegedly almost crashed into a dump truck as the car weaved in and out of different lanes. The dump truck had to maneuver quickly to avoid being hit.

Five children were removed from the custody of their parents by DCS after a traffic stop revealed that the dad had a small amount of marijuana in his possession, and the agency has refused to give the youngsters back for over a month. 

Last month, a Black family from Georgia loaded up their Dodge Durango with their five children, ages 5, 3, 2, and 4 months. They were taking a road trip to Chicago to attend a funeral. 

On February 17, the family was driving through Manchester, Tennessee. The kids were sleeping in the back seat.

A 37-year-old man from Missouri is facing a slew of charges after he allegedly got into a standoff with the police that involved children and firearms. 

Early in the morning on February 6, officers with the Sikeston Department of Public Safety dispatched to an address in Sikeston after someone called in a report about an assault. 

When they arrived, the deputies reported that two youngsters were outside the residence. A deputy spoke to them, and they reportedly said that the man in the home had a gun and that a sleeping child was also inside.

The husband of a woman who babysits for more than one family was arrested after the authorities alleged that he sexually abused several youngsters while they were in her care.

On December 20, the authorities in Lebanon, Missouri, were alerted by the Missouri Department of Social Services Children’s Division. They were told about a seven-year-old girl’s conversation with her school counselor. The child reportedly said that her babysitter’s husband had forced her to take part in sexual acts.

According to a press release from the Lebanon Police Department, an investigation was opened, and they believed they located the responsible party.
