A South Carolina man in the midst of a traffic stop allegedly spritzed Axe Body Spray into his mouth to try to hide the scent of alcohol.

Last weekend, 49-year-old Efren Mencia-Ramirez was reportedly driving on the interstate, allegedly sans license, with a passenger and a 12-pack of Corona beer.

After a deputy saw what he believed was Mencia-Ramirez’s car straying from his designated lane in addition to driving over the speed limit he pulled the vehicle over.

A school bus driver has been charged for transporting 33 students while she was allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

At the end of the school day on Friday, 33 children from Crestwood Elementary School entered their bus for a ride back home.

The driver of the vessel, 54-year-old Lesley Ann Harvey, has been employed as a bus operator for 5 years.

A Wisconsin man who had gone more than a decade since his last conviction for driving under the influence was recently charged with his 10th or more offense.

66-year-old Douglas Kluth from Green Bay was driving through Oconto County on Wednesday when he reportedly reached a section of road that State Patrol troopers were posted to assist with traffic.

Kluth reportedly stopped and parked his vehicle and then walked up to one of the on-duty troopers.

While being apprehended for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol the suspect being detained reportedly made several comments that were racist in content to the arresting African-American deputy.

Just prior to midnight on February 7, the authorities received a report regarding a Lexus that was being operated in an unsafe manner.

When deputies dispatched to the area they found that the driver of a vehicle matching the description they were given, 53-year-old Julie Edwards from Deland, Florida, was displaying signs of drunkenness while they were interacting with her.

In an event that news outlets are reporting as a first in Arizona, a man was arrested for suspicion of DUI while riding an electric scooter.

At the end of October, a Tempe police officer was driving when he saw a man in black clothing in the center of the road with a scooter in tow. The man then reportedly rapidly left the area and rode his electric vehicle into a parking lot.

The officer trailed the man and alleged that when he was able to make contact with him he found him lying on his back on the ground, and the scooter was tipped over.

When the father of a 7-year-old went to drop his son off at school on Tuesday morning he was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated after striking parking fixtures with his vehicle.

Joshua Philip Starr arrived at the Wesley Chapel elementary school in the morning to drop off his son for the day, and his car was reported as smashing his vehicle into three of the poles used to separate the parking lot area from the sidewalk.

Pasco County sheriff’s deputies went to the school to investigate the situation after receiving notification of the alleged incident.

Connecticut authorities have alleged that a woman they took into custody for suspicion of driving while intoxicated was the result of her drinking vanilla extract.

50-year-old Stefanie Warner-Grise was reportedly out in her vehicle on Wednesday when her car was seen stopped in the middle of an intersection.

Someone called 911 to report that they saw a woman with closed eyes behind the wheel, and the car was not in motion though it was sitting in the center of the road. When the authorities responded they reportedly discovered Warner-Grise was the driver of the automobile.

As the authorities were in pursuit of a vehicle that they believed was being operated by an intoxicated driver they reported that the suspect attempted to switch seats with his passenger before officers approached the car.

Early on Saturday, Tempe police officers spotted an automobile allegedly being driven down the road erratically and weaving between the designated driving lanes.

As the police came up to the vehicle they allegedly caught the driver, identified as 40-year-old Terrell Maurice Ray, and the passenger of the car changing seats in what was believed to be an attempt to convince the officers that the passenger was operating the automobile.

The patron of a McDonald’s drive-thru who allegedly tried to pay for his food with cannabis had his munchie-run go up in smoke when the manager alerted the authorities about the attempted deal.

A little after 1:00 am, a manager working the drive-thru at a Port St. Lucie McDonald’s reportedly encountered a customer in a gray Pontiac with a surfboard sticking out of the back window of the vehicle. When the man drove up to the window to collect his food he allegedly tried to hand the manager a plastic bag with “a green leafy substance” inside of it, as stated in the affidavit.

The manager believed that the baggie contained marijuana and that the man driving the vehicle was trying to use the drugs in lieu of traditional means of payment for his food order.

When a man who was reportedly driving while intoxicated and experiencing road rage pursued the person he was upset with until the man stopped his vehicle, the angry driver allegedly physically assaulted him.

Kyle Madison Wall was traveling in his vehicle on Saturday morning when he allegedly became frustrated with another driver.

Wall reportedly began to tail the man, who was on his way to work, and continued to do so until they reached the destination.
