Mother Accused of Using Bow Saw in Attempt to Behead Autistic Son

A mother in Maryland is facing charges after allegations that she used a saw to try to decapitate her 11-year-old autistic son when she became overwhelmed with concern about the child’s future.

46-year-old Kristina Petrie and her husband of 15 years share a home in Aspen Hill with their two autistic sons. Kristina is a stay-at-home parent while her husband Andrew reportedly has a full-time professional career. One of the Petrie’s neighbors stated that Kristina appeared to spend many of her days taking her children on outings and working outdoors maintaining her yard.

On the afternoon of March 12, Petrie’s 11-year-old returned from school to find his mother allegedly having mood swings that took her from crying to laughing within minutes. The child saw his younger brother in tears on the sofa and he proceeded upstairs to his room to play video games before beginning his homework.

Fight between Teacher and Mother at Little League Practice Leads to Arrest

A Jacksonville, Florida, school teacher is facing charges for hitting another mother who was present at a youth baseball practice when the teacher allegedly took offense to the other woman’s choice of clothing.

On February 23 at the Orange Park Athletic Association baseball field around 7:00 p.m. parents and spectators gathered to watch children during a little league practice session. Terry Lee Coursey, a 37-year-old mother and language arts teacher employed at Clay High School, was amongst those in attendance.

Coursey, who is from Mesquite, Texas, but now resides in Orange Park, Florida, reportedly noticed another mother and took issue with the woman’s attire, and chastised her for wearing shorts that exposed more than what she felt was appropriate for the event.

Student Recants Previous Refusal to Report Alleged Sex with Teacher

A Beaumont, California teacher is facing charges for allegations that she had sexual relations with a student on various occasions. She was also reported to have supplied alcohol for the encounters.

Samantha Ciotta began working as an English teacher at Beaumont High School in 2015. In August this year, a student discovered a Snapchat video believed to contain footage of Ciotta scantily clad and inebriated with two shirtless minors When the Beaumont Unified School District caught wind of the rumored video they reported it to the police, which launched an official investigation.

According to documents, when authorities questioned one of the alleged victims he aggressively refused to talk to them about Ciotta, and he stated that he had moved on.

Incarcerated Mother Seeking Legal Representation Denies Accusations of Child Abuse

A Phoenix mother who was found by police nearly two weeks after family members reported that she and her three-year-old son were missing has been accused of child abuse. She denies the allegations and is seeking a lawyer to help defend her innocence.

When law enforcement located Taquila Wilson and her son they noticed he had several blemishes on his body that they believed were injuries. Wilson was questioned about the marks, and she told police that her child suffers from a skin disease.

Officers also believed the toddler suffered from “Cauliflower Ear,” which is often caused by physical trauma. Medical staff at Phoenix Children’s Hospital examined the child and they agreed with the police’s initial assessment.

Woman Operating Unlicensed Daycare Charged with Child Abuse

A mother with a 2-year-old child enrolled at a daycare operating out of a woman’s home in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported the caregiver to the authorities for alleged child abuse after finding a significant amount of bruising on her daughter.

Stella Mack provides childcare out of her home-based business called “Mom’s Timeout.” The mother who filed the complaint, who requested to remain anonymous, stated that she thought Mack was a reputable person that she could trust. She discovered bruises on her daughter which worsened the next day, and that is when she notified law enforcement.

The mother claimed, “This couldn’t have been something just like a small spanking because she was bruised for four days.” Mack allegedly sent text message communication to the mom stating that she had caused the bruising, and that she did not realize she had beaten the child that badly.
